LLishBWe were well received by Michael at the reception gave us really helpful information where to get the best sea food for my birthday dinner.
Breakfast was fantastic even the vegetarian option all was fabulous the young lass waiting i am sure her name is (Ora) was so kind and made us feel at home.
Will definitely come back a relaxed overnight.
The beach was fabulous 👌 enough to walk and its beauty amazing.

SsugelanrenI booked two rooms while visiting family in Carnoustie and was disappointed with several aspects of the stay, particularly given the mid-market price point.
Service in the bar fell well below expectations, with a 28-minute wait for a glass of Champagne and a pot of tea.
At check-out, reception staff appeared fully occupied with the computer system, and there was no acknowledgment of guests leaving, so I simply left my key and departed.
Housekeeping also felt inattentive to detail, as both rooms had low levels of shower gel and shampoo on arrival.
Overall, the experience felt closer to budget-level service than what the pricing suggests, and it did not reflect well on the property.

GGuest UserOverall, it's a nice looking hotel. However, I couldn't open any of my windows and the room was boiling. It also had no en-suite. The bathroom that was available for my room was only outside the room door across about 2 metres, but that means u have to get changed to go to the toilet or use the shower. It was a nice bathroom, though. Friendly staff, too, and a fairly decent place to eat about 100 metres from the hotel entrance. I'd stay again, even with the slight inconveniences. Maybe not in summer though, unless they equipped air con or fixed it so that the windows could be opened to allow fresh air in. 4/5 * for me

MMark61The hotel was adequate for our one night stay. The rooms are very small, but they have a nice common sitting room with kitchenette nearby. The complimentary breakfast was very basic and self-serve. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the wifi worked good. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but it met our needs.

GGuest UserThe service was first class and the food was of a very high standard (The photos shown are from our breakfast menu).
The room was a bit small but adequate for our short break.

GGuest UserIt's OK, the hotel is not big overall, the train station is outside the window, and there is no noise at night.
