Pride Plaza prides itself on being fancy. The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the room leaves much to be desired. First, the hotel doesn’t have a room with two beds that aren’t twin beds. Huh? So, if you are traveling as a family, forget it. The hotel moved a rollaway into the room as a second bed, but then that took up all the sitting space in the room—not comfortable at all. The room was small and carpeted. For the price, they should have larger rooms and more options for families. We had to change rooms after one  night because the bed in the first room was lumpy. I would look for another option before staying here again.

Very Good Option for Budget Travellers Hotel is clean, reasonably priced hotel good for an overnight stay. Room was not small but not big either. The bathroom is a little tight but acceptable. Good hot shower, clean bed/linen and helpful staff.

Clean and overall nice hotel in aerocity near airport. I especially like the area, new safe clean buildings with restaurants/shops. It was quite pricey, but totally worth it. (thought India would be cheaper, but every brand hotel in Delhi had high price) Also liked the 24/7 gym, which was quite good for a hotel gym (doesn't really compare to a real big gym, however is great for vacation workout) One thing to improve: the calories in the restaurants are wrong. Grilled tomatoes don't have 300kcal/100g, and a muffin likely has more than 180kcal/100g. Seems made up/totally random.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

They hotel staff were hospitable and professional it was an ideal break in what would otherwise have been difficult journey well done

What a wonderful experience. We were greeted  by such friendly and kind staff. They were quick and easy with the check in and checkout processes. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Security is excellent and very safe. The manager even gave me money for the metro. So grateful. They also hire hearing impaired staff who are extremely helpful and friendly. That was heartwarming to see. Well done. I will be back again for sure. Thank you lemon tree hotel.

They have both double and single rooms, and the location is very convenient for getting around. Plus, it's right near a commercial center with a Starbucks, which is a great option. And a big bonus, there's even a Chinese restaurant nearby with decent food.

The place is nice and big. It’s definitely getting old. Older carpets, rugs and furnishings now. The hotel looks busy and a bit commercialized with mall oriented stores on the bottom floor which takes away from the quiet and relaxing feel. I would still choose to stay here if the price was right.

My wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm. Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special. We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread.... Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !! Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us. Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality.
