GGuest UserThe value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel doesn't have many special facilities, and it's not particularly close to the city center. However, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and they even messaged us a few days before check-in to inform us about all the arrangements.
If you've already booked, remember to keep an eye on their messages, as they contain the main entrance code.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. My room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. The overall ambiance is elegant, the facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest?
This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures.
What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again.
As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes
And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them.
Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

СсумбылеNot worth the money! It's incredibly noisy. The nearby grocery stores and eateries operate all night, so you're constantly bothered by the noise.
The hot water only ran for a short while before completely stopping. We wanted to shower, but there was no hot water. They didn't even provide shampoo or body wash!
Overall, the conditions were very poor. Only the breakfast was satisfactory. I'd say it's not worth the price.
We stayed here for just one day and then moved to another hotel.

GGuest UserResting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

GGuest UserI had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and left with nothing but good impressions. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, comfortable, and well-organized. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
What I especially appreciated was the atmosphere. It didn’t feel like just a place to spend the night it felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, while still giving you your own space. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. After a long day, it was nice to come back to a quiet and comfortable place where you could simply relax.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Sometimes it’s the little things the cleanliness, the attitude of the staff, the atmosphere, and the feeling of comfort that make a hotel memorable. I would definitely stay here again and would be happy to recommend it to others.
