Hotels With parking in Erongo, Namibia

“Not Value for money” I prefer when people give practical reviews so I’d like to do that here. The Hotel is in a great location, with a great exterior and friendly staff but that’s it. It’s unfortunately not a place for friends or young couples. We stayed in a comfort room and paid per person The rooms have no wow effect. And felt more like a standard room. Strong points: 1)sea view 2)bathtub Weak points: 1)overpriced - price is per person not per room 2) no amenities- old tv, no spa or gym, no lounge 3) poor breakfast. The staff was so friendly and helpful but there’s a difference between hospitality and friendliness. Hope they can improve on this. I recommend for 1 person only and for one night only.

Location is far away from pretty much everything (shops, eateries, tour operator offices etc), but close to the promenade. My room was absolutely great and had everything I could possibly need. It was clean, well-designed and comfortable. Staff was nice: they checked me in early. 2 small drawbacks: WiFi was sluggish and there were no toiletries except for an unbranded dispenser which apparently is supposed to be used as both shampoo and shower gel, which is questionable.

The towels were clean and the sheets were dirty. Let housekeeping change a set or there were stains. I suspect that they put the bedding on the ground and fold it? The quilt is huge and heavy. Breakfast is basic, not bad. The water pressure in the bath is OK, and the water pressure in the nano is generally small. In fact, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the restaurant and the sea pier, just a few minutes walk. The room on the first floor is also very convenient to run out to shoot flamingos. The surrounding environment is also very quiet and safe. The carpet in the room has a smell, maybe because the seaside humidity is high, it is inevitable to have a tide, and it should be much better to replace it with the floor. The staff, how to say it, the project is very energetic, but it seems to be a lot of routines, anyway, I finally set it myself. When I finally checked out, I told me that the room rate needed to be settled. I said that I obviously paid Trip.com, and then the front desk said that I had already paid. Strange. The hotel picks up 250 nanometers per person, and the drop-off is the company asking the front desk to find the driver, 2 people 400.

We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view of the beach. The restaurant, Salt, has some great food for both breakfast and dinner. Staff here were very kind and friendly to us. It is located right on the beach so you can go for a nice walk along the beach at any time. It’s between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay so has easy access to both towns for travellers. You’ll really enjoy your time here.

At the Hotel A La Mer Hotel in Swakopmund, I booked a room on the edge of the parking lot, and the hotel also has a rooftop apartment suite facing the sea and enjoying the sunset. Breakfast is continental breakfast.

The hotel is a bit outside the core Center, but the town is small and very much walkable. So location not a big issue. Cleanliness is excellent and everything (running hot water and WiFi) is functioning as expected. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too. The only negative is there is just one working socket in the room.

Good location, good apartment area. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Big cabinet, you can put things and hang normally. There are questions to purity - sometimes the towels were not trusted, like washed, but still with some divorce. And the kitchen table needs to be changed or completely, or at least cleaned, because there are crumbs of all previous guests in the chunks. The girls on the respiratory are very friendly and pleasant.

The Delight Swakopmund is like a modern hotel on the German North and Baltic Sea. Maritime, but also Namibian accessories are pleasantly and quietly mixed. Very nice, competent English staff at/in reception, restaurant/bar and housekeeping. Nice detail was the evening distribution of hot bottles before a colder night. Breakfast buffet and bar were well-sorted .The room (family room) was very spacious and completely equipped. All worked and was clean. All in All to be recommanded again and again at any time.

best accomodation so far! The room was amazing, there’s hot water, the view from the room was just perfect! The only cons are no telephone to the receptionist and no aircon but they provide fan. Highly recommended!

Best ever hotel so far in Namibia In front of the beach and 10 min walk to city centre Big room witjh all possible amenities,free sacure carpark and friendly peoples....what else can you expect ?
