The room is clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The receptionist also helpful. I have nothing to complaint about this hotel. My little concern was the area next to the hotel was a bit sketchy. Good thing the tram station is right in front of the hotel, so you dont need to walk, just take the tram.

I had a fantastic time at Clarion Hotel: The Hub in Oslo. The rooms were large, clean, and quiet. I was on the 12th floor and navigating around the hotel was easy. Everything from check-in, to using facilities, to getting around the city was made better by staying here. The hotel has a small pool, two gym areas, and two saunas on the basement floor which were all great to use. The facilities were clean and modern. Even though the facilities are on the smaller side, it was never too busy that you couldn't use them. I used the gym, pool, and sauna every day, at different times of the day, and it was never too crowded. Finally, this hotel has one of the most incredible breakfast buffets I've ever experienced. The food is SO good and I'm so grateful that there were options for both meat eaters and vegans too. Overall a 10/10 experience.

My husband was suffering back pain during the trip. I was trying to request a firm mattress with the reception. The beautiful lady in the reception responded with a very kind and quick response and contacted the house keeping.When I was back to hotel, the house keeping already found a solution to solve the problem and left a kind message as below. Located right next to the tourist area, it's very convenient for shopping. There's also a tram stop nearby, and the train station is two stops away. The hotel has a quaint exterior, but the interior is brand new. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, including a fan, kettle, and mini-fridge. The toiletries are also brand-name and smell great. The rooms facing the atrium were very quiet at night, though the windows only opened a crack, making for limited ventilation (and it was a hot day, making it difficult to sleep). The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and we also had dinner in the breakfast restaurant, which was also very good!

The hotel is clearly a bit old; the hallways show their age, though the rooms themselves are decent. The space is a bit cramped, making it impossible to open two suitcases at once. The upper floors offer a nice view, and the overall environment is pleasant. Its location right next to the Royal Palace (about 600 meters) makes it very convenient for getting to the city center, whether on foot or by public transport.

Excellent location. Inside train station. Walking distance to many tourist sites. No electric kettle but can get hot water downstairs. Bed needs upgrading.

Perfect hotel to stay in, staff was super nice and helpful. After checking out, we have an overnight bus to catch, staff was generous enough to let us use the shower in the gym, we were super delighted to be able to revitalize ourselves. The staff asked us to be like home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Breakfast is very nice, complimentary dinner is good too, with different dishes everynight. They even have afternoon fika time for a quick snack and coffee. Amazed by the service and commitment for every customer.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Although we were only allocated a room on the first floor, the room was quite comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door in the bathroom was a little hard to use, and it was easy to splash water. The breakfast room has a beautiful environment, and the food inside is exquisite and delicious. Especially the hotel is adjacent to the Royal Palace of Norway. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. The shops and apartments on both sides of the street have different architectural styles. Every window and balcony are decorated very elegantly. Especially the large garden of the Royal Palace next to it has all kinds of exotic flowers and plants. And very tall and lush trees, I like it very much...
