They know how to do good work despite only have been in operation for a month. It's not far from the beautiful and lively Lio beach or a quick ride to the town centre. Though situated in a slightly remote location surrounded by construction sites and dirt roads, their reception is spotless! Not a speck of dust on their floor (and while there's the occasional footprint from the damp earth, it gets cleaned pretty quickly). First time entering the room had such a homey charm and welcoming feeling you just feel happy. And yes, they are replicating a more outdoor adventure feel so do expect some bugs and in the semi-outdoor bathroom (just keep the door closed to avoid them from the bedroom). The amenities are sparkly new, its a fresh vibe and their breakfast is excellent together with lovely staff. Just beware the water needs routine pumping (though this might change later once things are in motion) so there's a small window of 20 minutes where there's no water, usually around the 5pm mark. And there's still a smell of sewage in the bathroom. But really, it was so lovely to stay here. Highly recommend them!

Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! We had a pleasant stay in this hostel. The bathroom is nice with warm and cold shower. They had free drinking water from a dispenser located outside the rooms but within the vicinity. The ambience is wonderful with a touch of nature such as plants and small pond with some fiahes. It's affordable and we will come back to this hostel in the future.

The location was perfect — very convenient to our convention venue and tge airport. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of choices each morning. . the room was clean and each bed is big enough for one person and I also like that it nearby robinsons mall so it is easy to buy something for emergencies

HONEST REVIEW for Room 8: We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.

Stayed for two nights in a row. The hotel management definitely needs improvement! I paid extra for an adult rollaway bed, but there were no extra sheets or blankets, not even a bath towel or toothbrush... However, the hotel has a lot of facilities, including three pools and a waterpark, which was practically empty and provided a fantastic experience. In the evenings, there were even shows at the restaurant! Overall, it was a good experience!

The hotel is fine. Room is spacious, all stuff are kind, nearby there are some nice Vietnamese eateries with tasty food. 5 mins by car to/from airport and ride cost about 200 peso.

Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are.
