Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. This seems to be the best hotel in the area. They have an excellent coffee bar on the top floor that faces a view of the church. The staff is accommodating and even provided us an umbrella for the heavy downpour. On our checkout, they verified the room was not damaged and called for us a trike to get us to the airport. Very happy to stay here.

The location of the hotel was really nice and convenient, close to everything we needed. The rooms were a bit old and could use some renovation, and unfortunately, the water heater wasn’t working properly during our stay. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, we had a great stay despite the minor issues.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing property, the grounds are huge and include a natural lagoon. Great location by the beach. Very comfortable room, though lacking a couple of things you might expect e.g safe box. Helpful staff, and the complimentary airport shuttle is a deal maker. Pool bar has very reasonable food and drink prices and the pool is very good. Breakfast has very little for vegetarians, though the staff did make an effort to provide a couple of extras. Will stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Seda Atria Hotel! The General Manager was very helpful, and the entire management and staff were accommodating and always willing to assist with our needs. The service was excellent as always, and the food was great — they truly make your stay feel like home. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and pasalubong centers like Biscocho House. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy local favorites such as Madge Coffee, Netong’s Batchoy, and Kap Ising’s Pancit Molo — perfect for an authentic Iloilo experience!

Pros: ✔️Malapit sa port to Guimaras ✔️Malapit sa University of Iloilo (eto lagi yung landmark namin kapag sumasakay kami ng jeep) ✔️Malapit sa Robinsons ✔️May mini market sa harap ✔️Sa lahat ng na-inquire namin na hotel, eto yung pinakamura na may pool access until 9pm. Mas mura if direct sa hotel ang booking since nag extend kami ng 1 night nakaless kami ng 150 pesos. ✔️Sobrang bait ng mga staff nila. Very accommodating and lagi naka-smile. Cons: 🙂about 30 mins ang layo sa SM Iloilo, Festivewalk and Casa Emperador 🙂 1-2 hours ang layo sa Iloilo International Airport (sakay kayo pa-SM, may Van na papuntang airport, 100php lang instead of Grab)

The location was great. The service is okay, quite slow in terms of calling for room service or requests, but other than that, the staff are approachable and warm— always greets and smiles. The cleanliness is on another level. They always make sure that the pathways are clean. The internet connection, however, needs improvement. Sometimes, there are areas in the hotel that has no reach or in low connection. The food is superb, it's affordable and delicious. Overall, our stay in La Carmela is great. Will always try to come back whenever we are here in Boracay.

My sisters enjoyed their stay and the attendants were accommodating and helpful. There were varieties of food to choose from in their buffet. My niece loved her staycation as it was close SM.
