The hotel is very quiet. If you are traveling by car, this hotel is a great choice. It is only 10 minutes away from Princeton University. The hotel environment is very good, and the gym and swimming pool are all available. The view outside the window is also great!

We stayed here for 2 nights .  Clean room , clean hotel, also great to have a Tesla charger in the parking lot to charge overnight - saved us the trip to a charging station.  No complaints - nice place to stay

It was the clean, quiet and easy to get to after a late evening flight place I needed so I’m more than happy I chose it. However in Europe or the Middle East Holiday Inn hotels just looked better than and feel better - that’s why I don’t give it 5*.

The room was large and clean. The hotel restaurant was good. There was a small unmanned vending area in the lobby. Transportation was convenient, with many shops within 1-3 miles. It's not far from Newark Airport. The hotel service was good. Parking was convenient, but it was charged. It was free within 30 minutes.

This hotel, located just opposite Lower Manhattan, is wonderfully quiet and spacious. It was particularly appealing to us as we were a group of three with a lot of luggage, and New York City hotels are generally known for being small, so we specifically chose this Hyatt. Right next to the hotel entrance is a PATH station, making it incredibly convenient to get into New York – it's just one stop to the newest transportation hub, shaped like a white dove, which is the World Trade Center area. The hotel itself is also very new, and waking up every day to views of the New York skyline was a real luxury. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to New York.

Average and a bit out of the way from anything. You need to drive for any food at all. Bus service to NYC is reasonably quick. The desk staff did their job but, seemed annoyed any time one asked simple questions like ”where is the bus stop.” In-room coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast was average. In all, the hotel was overpriced for what was offered.

Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel.

The front desk of the hotel can help sign for express delivery, and there were no mistakes in several online purchases. In addition, when registering for the American version of IHG membership, a man on duty at the front desk assisted in making three IHG customer service calls because he needed to make up for the previous nights, which took a long time. Hygienic: Objectively speaking, the room is very clean, there is no obvious smell and stains, etc., the front desk brother is also very cold and asked him for quilts and tableware to solve it quickly. Environment: But I don't know if it is because it is on the first floor. The especially wet carpets are semi-wet. The quilt is also moist. The sound insulation is particularly poor. There are requirements for sound insulation.

I extended my stay at this hotel as the remodeling of the hotel didn't create any issue to me, for the price I paid, no complain for what I got, so if my recommendation is book it, if the price is right, no hidden surprises, nothing fancy, but a night of descent sleep....
