I appreciate it’s rare to see but it wasn’t handle correctly. We have done amazing things for the country, China - and to be treated like this was disgraceful. One woman who helped us to our room, she was totally amazing! She was very professional- she understood professionalism and great customer service. We won’t ever forget such a wonderful woman. The hospitality industry is very important- every detail counts. However the negative impact can last a lifetime. I would like to thank the wonderful woman at this hotel and I truly hope you become manager of this place so you can show some staff members how to treat customers.

On the 6th floor, there's a laundry room with nine washing machines, though no tumble dryers. However, they provide a drying area. I'd heard clothes could dry in just over an hour; being from the humid south, I was naturally skeptical. But I gave it a try, and to my surprise, it actually worked! This place is truly incredibly dry!

The hotel has complete facilities, clean rooms, friendly front desk service, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Parking is convenient with both ground and underground parking lots, but the hotel's parking management is flawed.
