Facilities: Smart amenities and plush, comfortable bedding. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Location: Conveniently located very close to Sidao Street and Wudao Street, offering easy access to shopping and dining. Service: Outstanding! The staff were incredibly thoughtful; upon noticing we had a child, they thoughtfully provided a complimentary pair of children's slippers in our room. Overall: This hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely recommend it! It offers incredible value for money. The overall decor exudes a chic, artistic vibe, and the subtle, pleasant fragrance in the room made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

Location: Situated right by the main road in Hohhot, with a Wanda Plaza nearby and a food street in the residential area behind. It's also very close to the East Station and the Inner Mongolia Museum. Environment: The hotel boasts luxurious decor with a distinct ethnic flair. Although it's not new, the facilities are well-maintained. Room: The room size isn't particularly large, but the layout is quite functional. The air conditioning was advertised as adjustable, but it consistently showed 24 degrees Celsius for both nights I stayed, which felt a bit warm. Breakfast: The breakfast is quite commendable, featuring a good selection of local Mongolian specialties. The lamb offal soup and shaomai were both delicious.

Very good service attitude The location is in an alley, opposite the traffic police brigade, surrounded by many tea and food shops, and very close to the ancient city. The disadvantages are that the front desk is too small and gives the first impression of a guest house; the rooms are economical and standard, relatively clean, and the towels are disposable, but there is no phone in the room and you cannot call the front desk; the water in the shower is a bit blocked. TV screen projection looks quite comfortable. Generally speaking, if the price is a little lower than 300 to 400 yuan, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

First off, the location is truly excellent, a unique advantage. There's a hot spring hotel right next door where you can enjoy a soak. However, the overall management and service facilities are severely lacking! Let's start with the hygiene: urine stains on the toilet seat, hair everywhere you look, and debris falling from the ceiling when you turn on the 'starry sky' light – I honestly don't know what to say. Then there's the service; it feels like there's barely any service at all. For example, regarding the hot spring tickets included in the package, shouldn't you remind guests beforehand to bring their own swimsuits? (Mine cost over 300 yuan!) And for the volcano tickets, shouldn't you confirm guest information and redeem them in advance? (When I was ready to leave and went to the front desk for the tickets, they told me to buy them on the spot, then I had to provide my ID again and go to another ticket office to exchange them. This whole process took a good half hour!) I can accept your high prices, but at the very least, your service and hygiene should match. I hope you see this review and make improvements. Don't disappoint customers who've traveled so far to get here!

The landlady was very kind and took the initiative to upgrade the room when she saw me bringing my two children. The room is very quiet. To be honest, after traveling from Hailar and walking around for a long time, this hotel has the lowest price, but surprisingly the service attitude is the best. The cleanliness is also very satisfactory. It is very quiet at night, no better than the previous night. The yurt is only a few thousand dollars better. It is close to the night market. I am really satisfied. My parents also said that the environment is good. There is no sound at all when I sleep at night. It is great!

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

It was really convenient because it was close to the railway station. On the first day I went, I said ”I'll give you the biggest room” and they gave me a room twice as big as the one I booked. I had a comfortable stay in a big room for 2 days. The front desk was easy to find and explained everything without any misunderstandings. The view is beautiful!😀

More than one hundred people are more comfortable than three or four hundred sleeping outside. The air conditioner is OK, the ventilation is in place, there is no smell, the toilet is clean, and the room is clean and tidy. Facilities: There are everything, except no refrigerator. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, a few minutes from the train station. very satisfied. Service: Very good

The room itself would have been fine if we didn’t see bugs or mini cockroaches in the room and in the laundry room which then made me itchy all night long. There’s also so much construction going on where you have to take an elevator first up to the 3rd floor then switch to another one to get to your own floor. It was so inconvenient. And the elevator hallways were so dark and creepy looking. There’s only one washer and one dryer and the wait took so long to use the machines. I waited until midnight to be able to do my laundry. So inconvenient. I also really dislike the wet shower and they only provide disposable towels which I also absolutely hate and is so unenvironmentally friendly. The breakfast was limited in options and despite them saying it was available until 10, at 9:45 they were already putting everything away. The staff weren’t that friendly upon check in but at check out they were very friendly.

My stay at the Sanyue Smart Hotel in Hailar this time completely exceeded my expectations! The location is superb, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Genghis Khan Square. The whole-room smart system is incredibly user-friendly, and the sleep aid system is a thoughtful touch, providing a first-class experience. The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless, the bathroom is clean and odor-free, and the heating is excellent, making it especially comfortable in the northern winter. The staff are friendly and the housekeeping is meticulous; the robot food delivery is very convenient. With complete amenities, a quiet and comfortable environment, it's suitable for both tourism and business trips. Highly recommended!
