The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the location was convenient. Everything was great except for the reception. The staff weren’t very helpful unless you speak English, which might be a problem for some guests. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a good stay.

The location is VERY close the airport so it was very convenient when it was time to fly out. Right outside it the Metro, so I was able to move around and explore parts of the city, specifically Frankfurt's New Old Town. Behind the hotel is a garden area where I did my morning walks. The room was very clean and spacious. I have no complaints. The staff were AMAZING! They answered all my questions about the area and they povided helpful tips on how to navigate the Metro. Overall thetrip was one of the smoothest and relaxed experience I have ever had.
Good value for money, though it’s quite far from Frankfurt’s city center (e.g., Römerberg). If you don’t mind a ~1 km walk to the nearest train station, it’s a good trade-off compared to more expensive hotels in central Frankfurt

A perfect hotel for a short stay. The location is in the center of the old town and close to tourist sights, restaurants, supermarket, bars etc. The room (inc bathroom) was immaculately clean and the fridge and (small) in-room safe was much appreciated, as was the range of international TV channels. Given everything was so good, it was a surprise that despite a kettle being in the room along with ONE sachet of sugar and ONE UHT milk, but NO coffee or tea or teaspoon. (pic attached) Overall, excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again, but will remember to bring my own tea bags!

This is the second time staying at this hotel. The main reason is the convenient location, but it is not so close to the train station and it is not too messy. The front desk is enthusiastic, and the cleaning is also very responsible, and I feel pretty good. I ordered a large room. Due to the location, all windows in the large rooms of this hotel are on the road. There is still a little noise when the tram passes by at night. Those who like quiet recommend booking a smaller room.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.
The location is great and the service is good too. It's also convenient for ordering takeout, making it a good choice for both extended stays and sightseeing. My only suggestion would be for the breakfast to be a bit tastier. If you need anything, just ask the front desk, they're very helpful.
Very friendly, helpful and humourful staff at the reception.
As a single traveler I felt just welcome!
Super central location and still quiet, since my room was out behind.
The hotel is very tastefully furnished in modern, baroque silence.
Since I visited friends and friends at these breakfasts, I can't say anything about it.
I would always book there, as the price was very good!
The facilities and services are good, and the room has two separate beds. Although it's compact, it has everything you need. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas with a sliding door are well-designed, and the mirror has an anti-fog function. The hotel offers breakfast; it's the same every day but quite comprehensive. The location is on the quieter side of the main train station, and tram 37 goes directly there. Getting to the exhibition center is a bit more troublesome, taking about 30 minutes by foot or public transport. There's a small riverside park nearby where you can take a stroll.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn at Frankfurt Airport this time. Its location is right opposite Terminal 1. From my room, I could see the airport out the window. However, it's not convenient to walk there with luggage. You can take the S9 train one stop to Gateway Gardens, and the hotel is straight ahead a short walk from the station. (I have no sense of direction, and the first time I followed Google Maps, I took a detour. Actually, you just need to walk straight from the exit).
The king-size room was quite spacious by European standards, clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo/body wash). You need to ask the front desk for a toothbrush and slippers.
Even though it's near the airport, the soundproofing is excellent; there was hardly any noise. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out. It took a little getting used to at first, but it's actually very smart and quick.
The breakfast food was decent, with a reasonable variety. As someone with a 'Chinese stomach,' no matter how many options there are, I only eat what my digestive system can handle. Hot cocoa, scrambled eggs, small sausages, bacon – these hot items, plus some apple juice, were more than enough for me. I also want to praise the lovely lady at the restaurant reception who checked me in for breakfast. On my second morning, I was rushing to catch a train and quickly checked out. I was just planning to have some hot tea before leaving, and she kindly gave me a bag to take some food with me for the journey. It was very thoughtful. Receiving such kindness in a foreign country is truly heartwarming.
Overall, I'm very satisfied. If you're just looking for a transit hotel, this is an excellent choice. There are many hotels in this area, and also a supermarket nearby. If you plan to explore the city, I recommend staying downtown. Although it's not far from the city center, crossing different fare zones makes transportation quite expensive, and buying train tickets in Germany can be a real hassle.
P.S. German trains are highly likely to be delayed, so always allow plenty of extra time for your journey.

GGuest UserThis brand new hotel, just seven months old, is worthy of a five-star rating. It's perfectly situated in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance of many of the surrounding attractions. The staff were warm and attentive throughout the hotel. The lovely front desk lady even gave a child a gift during check-in, and the lobby manager also gave the child a gift while they were relaxing in the lobby the next day, much to their delight. While the breakfast buffet wasn't very varied, the à la carte hot dishes were all delicious. 👍 A top choice for travel and business trips in Frankfurt, highly recommended!

GGuest UserOverall, it was quite clean, and the room was okay. It's not far from the Frankfurt Exhibition Center, about a 15-minute walk, though it's a bit uphill. It's a good place to stay for a business trip, and Sky Plaza is just a couple of bus stops away, making it quite convenient.
The room was a bit basic, and the soundproofing wasn't particularly good. The refrigerator was stocked with free drinks, including water and wine, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
EE CosmoI had an early morning flight, and this hotel was located in a block with other hotels. My taxi dropped me off in front of another similar-sounding hotel, so I had to carry my luggage a few hundred meters to the end of the road. At walking distance, there were a couple of good dining options. However the area isn't densely populated. The room was tiny, but clean and comfortable. The staff too was professional and friendly. I'd stay again.
GGuest UserNice three-star hotel,The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean and conveniently furnished. I missed only the water cooker on the room, however, it is not a duty for a three-star hotel.
Breakfast really super, all made with love..... clean selection...
The price was top with just €60 including breakfast.
I'm coming back
GGuest UserThis hotel was a pleasant surprise! The value for money was absolutely top-notch, for a room that was perfectly spacious and exceptionally clean. As an added bonus, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. There's a tram stop just 2 minutes away, which offers quick access to the city center or the main train station.
AAnonymous UserThe Victoria Hotel Frankfurt is close to the central train station. It has an excellent location and is good in all aspects. The transportation is convenient and the rooms are OK. It is a recommended hotel.
GGuest UserCheck-in is simple, comfortable and clean, the small refrigerator has five bottles of drinks for free, the TV can project mobile phones, the location is great and everyone knows it, nothing to fault
GGuest UserThe room is not big, but that's how it is in Europe, so it's not surprising.
But the transportation is really convenient. Go to several major attractions, churches and rope bridges. The core area for shopping. It's very convenient to have breakfast!
The service is also good. If you feel cold and ask for a blanket, they are very polite!
The room card does not provide drinking water. There is a separate shower.
It's just a few hundred meters to the train station.
Very safe
EENHEThe front desk lady Anmeldung looked a little unhappy, maybe she was in a bad mood today or not feeling well, the hotel room facilities are very different, my colleague is very fashionable on the first floor, but the second floor looks to be improved, maybe the hotel is planning.
WWei ShenThis hotel is a bit like a homestay, WiFi is almost not received, the front desk is completely no one, let alone any service, the only advantage is that it is close to the exhibition hall.
