Pet friendly Hotels in Catalonia, Spain

The room's location is incredibly convenient; the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The environment is excellent. Arriving at the hotel, the employee behind the counter was very friendly. The hotel itself has a good location for when you are traveling. It’s pretty basic but has anything you need when roadtripping. It has a supermarket next to it and also a little fridge to keep drinks cold. It also has a tv with Google Chromecast so you can stream from your phone. The airco in the room did his work - which was needed, outside temperature was about 38/39 degrees - and the room looked clean. It was a spacious room but I think the room was also for disabled given the shower with aids. It was room number 1. We went to the Monegros Festival on Saturday and the hotel is located about 30 minutes from it so a perfect base to go from here. I would recommend. One of the bigger room concept in Europe, and definitely the best stay. Might not be the most strategic location as it’s not in the main district like Passeig De Gracia / Eixample, but if you’re arriving or departing via high speed railway from anywhere else in Spain, it’s definitely a good location! I’d choose a big room & travel to the main street via subway than staying in the busy streets. To me, Location 100/10 Amenities 100/10 Hospitality 100/10 Rooftop Bar 1000/10 (BEST ROOFTOP IN BCN)!!!! We have not received our deposit back. We checked in late at night after several flights, and the process was quite slow and exhausting. At check-in, we paid an additional €110, which included breakfast for two people and a deposit. However, the deposit has still not been returned. Moreover, the hotel now claims that the payment was only for breakfast, and they have informed us via email that they will not refund the deposit. This contradicts what we were told at reception, where we were assured that the deposit would be returned shortly after check-out. We did not expect such an issue from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, as this was the first stop of our journey, it left us with a rather negative impression. The hotel is quite remote. We were told the view would be of the city, but in reality it was of the highway. The pool was closed. The breakfast was good, but it ended up costing us 110 euros (if the don't return a deposit)—which is too expensive.

The service was excellent, and the facilities are really great. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the reception service was efficient. The bed was super comfortable; you could barely hear any street noise. The room and bathroom were clean and in good condition. It's ideal for a relaxing stay if you're passing through Girona. There's a breakfast buffet, which could benefit from a few more protein options. The coffee maker and hot water are free 24 hours a day. We had a pleasant stay.
