Pet friendly Hotels in Normandy, France

The room facilities are relatively new and meet 4-star standards. I requested a high floor when booking, and I called the hotel a few days before check-in to confirm it. I didn't expect to be given the first floor in France when I checked in. I wanted to communicate with the hotel through Ctrip's customer service in China to see if I could change to a higher floor. As a result, the hotel's front desk staff hung up the phone directly because they didn't speak English. This attitude is rare. Fortunately, the windows are double-glazed and soundproof. The terminus of bus No. 3 is downstairs. The departure time of buses in France is relatively long, and there is still noise when the vehicles are waiting and idling. The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view overlooking the street—it really added to the charm of the stay. There’s a parking lot right next to the property, which made things super convenient. The surrounding area is a picturesque little town, perfect for a relaxing walk and sightseeing. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

This hotel is convenient to drive by car, parking is free, the room is on the ground floor, you have to carry your luggage, but it is okay, breakfast is simple, but it is also good, if you have a rest stop, you can still consider this hotel

Nice location and lodge was very nice, especially the bathroom. Service was very friendly but some had limited english. Restaurant was very good, but service was a little bit slow.

Good value for money. Narrow room, as well as the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Comfortable bed as well as the duvet. Simple and complete breakfast. Inclusion of breakfast in the price not clear when booking, and observation not included in the final.

We had a lovely weekend, the room was very clean, the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, and the staff were very welcoming. As for the spa, the pool was a little underheated and we couldn't use the sauna due to a minor technical issue, but I still recommend this hotel ☺️

Mercure by Accor Group is as good as always. It is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in France. It is located in the center of Rouen, with convenient transportation and life, good facilities and good service. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is located quite far, on higher ground. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, which is a bit far, and the walk back was uphill and left me breathless! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the rooms are large, and the beds are very comfortable. However, the room I was given was on the back side of the hill, so the view of the city wasn't great. A room facing the city would have been much better! The breakfast was excellent, very well prepared. The tea bags were from Kusmi and tasted great. The coffee was also delicious, and there were salmon, ham, cheese, etc., all very elegant!
