What an amazing stay I had. David & Gigi were wonderful hosts as well as chefs for dinner. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and recommend to anyone visiting Etretat. What a treat and a rare find.

We visited around mid-May when it was still cold and requested that our room be heated, however we were refused. Instead we got tiny and thin blankets. The hairdryer was one of the cheapest you can get (probably around 5 Euro) , it’s cord was broken and only fixed with a tape. We had a beautiful balcony but it was dirty and there was bird poop on the balcony chairs. Furthermore, the room was lacking a safe and fridge / minibar. For 280 Euro per night all of the above is just unacceptable.

Amazing hotel. Loved the ambiance and the energy this space has. Ideal to reconnect with nature and with your self. Loved the private the cinema and the private dinner room. Also very close to the cliffs which makes it the best for the hikes.

Les Tilleuls Etretat is a private mansion almost 300 years old, very carefully and beautifully restored. We had a very comfortable stay, only regret is that we only stayed for 1 night. We did not get the time to enjoy the private cinema, wine cellar and the beautiful garden of the house. Hopefully next time we will stay for a few days. A la carte breakfast was very good, with fresh local products. Les Tilleuls is centrally located, very close to the famous beach and the centre of the small village Etratat, yet it feels very private and quiet. The private parking is an advantage. Last but not least, the host was very kind and accommodated our late check-in without effort. She made us feel welcomed. Les Tilleuls Etretat is the perfect place for a relaxed stay.
