Don't come at night, the road is dark and there is no light, others are very good, the small rural farmhouse is very cheap. The hotel is opened by a few young girls, don't worry about no danger. The surrounding scenery is very good and self-driving is very convenient.
Very good, the price is good in the off-season, but it is inconvenient without driving. There is nothing inside, so you need to bring it with you. It is actually recommended to bring your own sheets because it will not be too clean, but overall it is good and I feel very safe. There is a door blocking the entrance, very safe
Very neat and clean facility. The comfortable rooms with home automation, very comfortable bed and bathroom with a nice shower. I really appreciated the presence of a kettle in the room and the variety of products in the mini bar.
In the area where there is the swimming pool, sauna area and solarium there is a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff was very professional and kind.
I highly recommend it.

I stayed one night in Rome before heading back home. The fridge was a bit noisy, so I unplugged it myself. Breakfast was okay, but honestly, all hotel breakfasts in Italy are pretty much the same – just the usual stuff over and over. It's about 5km from the airport, and an Uber taxi cost €35, taking around 15 minutes. There's also a shuttle bus, but you have to catch it from a specific pickup point according to its schedule. Overall, it was decent. Hotel 1 and Hotel 2 are very close, with a metro station separating them. The prices are similar, so either one is fine. Hotel 1 provides complimentary water in the rooms, but Hotel 2 doesn't, so you'll need to buy your own.
The room was very clean, there was a large parking lot, the hotel was very close, the hotel was off the highway, the space was large, there was a large balcony, suitable for a family or business trip, the meal downstairs was also very delicious, praise.

Very perfect trip to Italy! The first day arrived too late to take pictures, and they were all taken after living in the back. The room is very large, there is a walkway, the bathroom is also very large, the hot water is very convenient and very clean. Breakfast is at the end of the corridor outside the room. The owner is very friendly and helped us make a very delicious cappuccino. After drinking, the day was very energetic. The next day, the owner also helped prepare breakfast and delivered it to the room. We enjoyed the meal very much. I am very happy with this trip to Italy and will come back next time!
A 100 MT casello, ma silenziosa. Camere di buon livello forse non 4 stelle ma 3s. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante buono, un po' esoso. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni.

EElva LuoThe room is clean, people are very comfortable, good breakfast!
The hotel is antique but they have been well treated, inside the bathroom finds the toothpaste, dental stick, soap, etc. There is no mini bar. The night is very quiet.
The area near the University, there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, very easy to add to the bus, metro.
Excellent quality- price, I advise you!
GGuest UserI'm a custom of this hotel when we come to Rome if we find the right offer we are happy to stay there . The staff is the flower in the eye of this careful and gentle structure , especially the restaurant and breakfast room that welcome you with a gentleness difficult to find. The rooms are comfortable some may be a little date in relation to the price of this hotel but functional , superlative breakfast , the location in my case perfect but perhaps a little away from the historic centre of Rome , whatever it is well served by the taxis
GGuest UserFacilities: Very old, like a guesthouse in China.
Hygiene: Relatively clean, the towels were very clean.
Environment: It's a renovated old villa, so the facilities are very dated. However, the location is super convenient, less than 300 meters straight from the train station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including several Chinese restaurants.
Service: The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast is 8 euros per person, and it's quite simple.
Overall, for 40 euros per person in Rome, what more can you ask for? It's clean, you can shower, and there's a place to rest, which is great. It met my expectations.
GGuest UserEverything was very good. The receptionist is a very good person and his communication is excellent. He helped with everything. The rooms are very clean. Thank you so much for this unique experience.
GGuest UserLocation is quite convenient. Around 13mins walk from Rome Termani Station, where the main trains depart from/arrive into, and where the airport shuttle buses are located. Close to multiple bus stops that takes you to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Tiber Island and other key attractions, and within walkable distance to Villa Borghese Gallery.
There are a few restaurants that open till late night in the area and mini-supermarkets as well in the neighborhood. It's quiet and isn't noisy.
Hotel has a lift that takes you up to your room, a locked room for storing baggage, and only a few stairs at the entrance so accessibility is good.
Single room size is decent, with windows, and toilet with stand shower and stable hot water that doesn't fluctuate in temperature and good drainage, no leakage. Recommendation for the hotel to provide some more toiletries and basic amenities besides shower cap, as there are nothing else in the room. No hot water boiler, no hairdryer, no slippers. And I had to ask reception for blankets because housekeeping forgot to put new ones back onto the shelf. Staff is helpful and was able to give me the blankets I requested efficiently, which is clean and wrapped in plastic, so kudos for the hotel for having good hygiene.
There is a fridge and a mini safe box though which is a plus. Cleanliness is above average, ventilation and air con/heating are also good. Overall room is good value for money, and is big enough for you to open a 28inches+ luggage fully.
Check-in process is also speedy, WiFi is reliable.
GGuest UserFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!
GGuest UserOverall, I had a decent stay at this hotel and would consider it good value for the price I paid.
The location is definitely a strong point. It’s very convenient and within easy reach of major attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Pantheon, which made getting around the city quite effortless.
The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the cleanliness standards were good throughout my stay. No complaints on that front.
One thing to note, though, is the surrounding area. While nothing actually happened, there were a few people lingering around at night which made it feel slightly unsafe. It just meant being a bit more alert when heading back late.
The biggest downside for me was the breakfast, especially as a vegetarian. The options were very limited and felt repetitive. It was the same selection on all of 3 days and quite basic — fruits, bread/toast, and cake. It was a bit disappointing and could definitely be improved.
Overall, a nice stay with a great location and clean rooms, but the breakfast experience needs work. Still, for the price, it offers reasonable value.
CChingGoesGlobalAS A FIRST TIME AND A SOLO TRAVELLER- The hotel location is 10-15 mins from termini or the City Center. Not so crowded place which I like. There is bus stop near to the hotel just 1min walk. From there you can ride bus number 90 or 66 to bring you to termini. You can just use your bank card to tap and its also less hassle. I didnt check if how much does it cost but pretty sure its cheap. Haven't check my card anyway.
HOTEL ROOM- I am very particular about the cleanliness but this one never dissappoint me. It's well maintain, modern, clean and no nasty smell. I have a single room just perfectly fit for 1 person. The place is cozy .The toilet is spacious(its big) inside have hand soap, body liquid soap. Hair dryer, towels. CLEAN✅
HALLWAY- is clean I even walk barefoot not too scared to get too much dirt. Since my foot is aching from a long walk with my shoes. They dont have slippers but thats fine. There is 1 water bottle for free.
BREAKFAST- they have excellent breaky serve daily at 7am to 10am, buffet style. You can just approach the counter to have a coffee or juice. Coffee is perfect. The place as well is cozy you can just refer to my photos. They have lounge where you can stay after your check out whilw waiting for your time to go. They have vending machines for some of your essential hygiene needs.
OVER ALL IT WAS EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Affordable price I would definetly be back.🥰
TThv_teteI give 5 stars just for the perfect location!!! Train station is far but everywhere is walkable from this hotel! Buses are close by! I was with my folks for 4 days and we literally walked everywhere!! We took bus only once from Travestere to Borghese Garden as they were literally in opposite directions! Rooms are a but outdated and in need of refurbishment! The breakfast was alright, was buffet with both hot and cold options and also some pastries and bakery! The staff were nice and helpful except the receptionist guy R who did not seem too enthusiastic to even talk to the guests! Overall okay-ish experience! I would recommend staying a bit further from Pantheon to avoid soending too much on hotel just for the location! Because you could save a fortune by using local buses and still not losing time! Because the main attractions are pretty much close to one another! Just plan ahead and try to get organised! If you go to Vatican try to start your day early to make the most out of your time and do your research too! Also right at the entrance of the hotel, there are lots of nice restaurants I also did people watching from my hotel window! Was lovely and the next day went to eat there! A bit noisy because of its location! People were drinking and chatting u til late! Just had to close the window and use my earplugs which helped!
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay close to the main attractions here in Rome. I booked the Basic Single Room and it was very spacious and comfortable for single travelers. The price may seem high but the location, service, and safety makes up for it. There is a police presence outside the hotel as your right by the Parliament adding a sense of safety throughout the day. The front desk was very helpful and respectful at check in and check out. If I ever come back to Rome and it’s in my budget I will definitely highly consider staying here again.
