Pet Friendly Hotels in Lazio, Italy

Spent five nights here at around Easter time, visiting my relatives living nearby. Hotel is a hidden gem - really beautiful, ancient, quiet; with magnificent panoramic view of Rome, esp at night. Staff are all very nice, friendly and provide help whenever required. Breakfast is fine, not much in variety but for me it's good enough. will certainly come again when I next visit Rome/grottaferrata.

It was quite a challenging stay. The requests I made in the booking were completely ignored. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms, which seemed to upset the front desk staff quite a bit. A South Asian porter helped us with our luggage. I didn't have any small change, as I mostly pay with cards and rarely use cash, so I only gave him a 2 Euro coin as a tip. From that moment on, whenever he saw us, he showed absolutely no expression. I mean, it's not like I was going to give him a 200 or 500 Euro bill, right? Was it even worth that much? The hotel breakfast was excellent. The room, although not as good as the original one after the change, was still acceptable. The location is fantastic: just a few dozen meters from the train station, and there's an airport shuttle right outside. There are no issues with the location, and the area isn't as chaotic as some say. The only problem is that all the staff had rather cold and indifferent expressions, making you feel, for a moment, like you weren't even in Italy! I won't be staying here again, even with its many advantages. I just don't want to deal with their attitudes!

Very good, the price is good in the off-season, but it is inconvenient without driving. There is nothing inside, so you need to bring it with you. It is actually recommended to bring your own sheets because it will not be too clean, but overall it is good and I feel very safe. There is a door blocking the entrance, very safe

Overall experience is good. The convenience distance from the train station. The staff at checking were generally helpful. The breakfast was a continental type and had an abundance of food, including fruits, too..

The cleanliness and service were excellent, though the bathroom was a bit small. The hotel is in a great location, consisting of a main building and an annex. The main building is located above the Spanish Steps. From the metro station, take the direct elevator up, where the reception is also located. The annex is located below the steps, on the edge of Piazza di Spagna, where you can see the pillar. I recommend the main building, as the annex is inconvenient for check-in and luggage storage. We booked the annex, but it seems the reviews misled us, claiming it faced the Spanish Steps, but in reality, we couldn't see it. Furthermore, staying in the annex meant checking in at the main building, then carrying your luggage down from the main building (the top landing of the Spanish Steps) to the annex. Breakfast is also served in the main building, and of course, it can be delivered to your room. After check-out, you had to carry your luggage to the main building, which was quite a hassle. Our room had a step from the bathroom to the bed, and the black marble connecting it was a step that made it easy to fall.

Most good about this hotel is the staff. All staffs are very friendly and good service. And the hotel location is very good. Many places are walking distance. But it was some disadvantage. Very Very noisy until midnight. There is a lot of floating population around the hotel until late at night From now on, i have something to say in this hotel. I stay in single room as i booked. But the single room has big discriminate as i think. 1. there is no fridge. when i see the other type room pictures, there is a fridge. but single room doesn't have it even in picture. 2. There is no blackout curtain. It is big private issue. As i can see the outside with this curtain, someone could see inside too. Very nervous when i sleep, when i change clothes. But when i see other type room, there is blackout curtain 3. not value of money with breakfast So everything about this hotel was good. But if i come to rome again, i will not choose this single room

I only stayed one night as my flight was very early in the morning. The location was excellent (10-12min) to the airport by shuttle o 1 station (Parco Leonardo) by train to Fiumicino The shuttle pick us up on time at 4.15am. (first shuttle of the day) Since it is next to the a Mall I was able to have my lunch there as well. I would rebook with them again (if needed) Spanish: Solo me quede por una noche, ya que me vuelo salia temprano en la manana. La ubicacion es exelente: queda a 10-12min usando el shuttle o a una estacion (Parco Leonado) de Fiumicino Aeroporto EL shuttle nos recogio puntual a las 4.15am (primer shuttle del dia) Como esta al lado del Mall, pude almorzar / cenar alli De ser necesario, volveria a book con ellos.

Posizione strategica, arredamento un po’ datato ma di buona qualità, staff professionale e servizio colazione e cena a buffet dí ottima qualità.

We loved the hotel, Ray (manager), and his support. He gave us valuable information about the area and great tips on the best places to visit in Trastevere. We’ll be back.

Spacious rooms located in a very central location n excellent soundproofing. Heating was overly warm n temperature could not be adjusted
