GGattaThe motel is very close to the center so it is very easy and comfortable to get there. The good thing was that it is in a gated property so at least it feels safe. I reserved a room for three people but they provided just two sets of towels. The room had the basic. TV, no fridge. The main problem I had was the clean. The room did not feel clean at all. The beds were changed, but under the bed the dust and dirt was disgusting. The floor probably has not been clean from a very long time and there was a condom wrap open under the bed. The walls and doors had spots all over . Overpriced for what you get.
GGuest UserWhen we checked in they f are lied to tell us that the maintenance man was working on the sprinkling system. We awoke to a wet bed and floor! They moved us to another room which smelled funny. We had our kittens with us and the guy at the desk gave us a hard time about having two saying we needed to lay $15. Per night for the second kitten! Then the second night when we came back after going out to dinner with family, we were locked out of our room! The key card would not work! The people who operate this hotel seem a bit strange! I won’t be staying there again!
NNotAnotherH/MotelCheck in was fast and the man in the office was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, it was very quiet, even in the parking lot area. It's a very basic motel,(bed,TV, small table, towels and a bar of soap) I would definitely bring my own pillows. When on a budget it's a descent place.
GGuest UserRoom was clean and bed seems to be fairly new but not all that comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom area. The location and parking is very undesirable and scary. A lot of homeless and vagrants seem to hang around this area. Noticed they were close to vehicles but didn't see any broken glass when I departed.
NnambismeriEasy to get to location with restaurants nearby. Green frog cafe was pretty good. No coffee in the room or even a way to heat water. Smelled a bit funny but not too bad. Easy parking right in front of door.
GGuest UserFor the price it was a good hotel. Most of the towels had old stains that made them look dirty. But again, for the price you can't complain much. I'd stay there again.
GGuest UserSo our beloved friends were looking to celebrate their engagement with us; someplace amazing. Doing so in a safe way during the current pandemic proved challenging. Luckily I had met MJ, the general manager of the pool club at the Virgin Hotel, who offered her amazing private outdoor patio to host the occasion. The drinks were refreshing, the food delicious, and the view was captivating- the best I've seen of downtown Nashville. Looking from the iconic Batman Building to the Parthenon was a sweeping, breathtaking view. Before long the bride-to-be was dancing to the music, saying ”I am so, so happy”. We were shown incredible service from the time we dropped off our cars with the valet staff, and our server Conner was attentive and friendly, seamlessly becoming an important part of our evening. Thank you MJ, Conner, valet staff, and anyone else at Virgin Hotels who helped make this special night perfect.
