GGuest UserI must be honest here all the staff I met were excellent. From the guards to room service . They were very pleasant and friendly and I felt safe around them. The location was one of the main reasons for staying as both my parents graves are at Shahjalal mazar. The hotel was ok but could do with a refurb , the food quality in the Antalya restaurant needs much improvement especially due to the price they charge. Maybe consider making the menu smaller and improve the quality. The breakfast was very repetitive as I was there for 20 days. I think the swimming area lets in too many non residents which affected the enjoyment and restricted me from using it only a couple of times due to overcrowding. To be honest I would only stay there again if I heard there was a refurb . Will be back in November but not sure where I will stay. But I do miss the friendliness of the staff.

ZZachary MahfujOverall a very good experience compared to other hotels within Sylhet. Apart from few cracks on the wall , shower cleanliness and initial bad odour at the room , I thought it was a very pleasant experience. Staffs were very professional and helpful. Lots of amenities available within the hotel for example spa , pool , live music , badminton court etc. Breakfast had various cuisine option , however milk tea was a total flop due to being so strong and very dark in color.
I noticed that even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you’re more than welcome to come and check out their amenities. Don’t worry, it’s not a security issue at all as very low number of people who come in without staying, and hotel always complete security checks at the gate before anyone enters the facility.
If I ever find myself in Sylhet again, I’m definitely staying at Grand Sylhet.

I had an outstanding experience at Rose View Hotel. The hotel is one of the best in the area, offering excellent service, exceptional cleanliness, and great facilities. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and very clean.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. The location is convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I highly recommend Rose View Hotel to both business and leisure travelers and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserIt’s a nice nifty hotel. Pretty well kept and a decent location, quiet area, while being in the heart of the town.
Overall a really solid selection. However, really couldn’t differentiate between between a “honeymoon” suit vs regular in terms of how rooms are setup or special amenities being offered.

SShiv KamleshkumarThis is probably the best hotel to stay at in the city of Sylhet! Location is right in the city center and rooms were modern for a comfortable stay. The bellman were also super kind, often hailing me down CNGs to take me around the city, so special shoutout to them for that.

EEvgeny DemyanovskiyThe best place in Srimangal if you are looking for privacy and silence. Staff is helpful, ready to solve any question, the room is excellent, clean, the neighbors are not heard. The location is excellent! Breakfast is weak, but here is the restaurant where you can eat a great evening.
