We have glued to this hotel for the last 2 or 3 years😀, everything is good, nothing to complain about. From arrival to check out, all staffs are well trained and functioning well. In this 2026, we have done 2 trips to Medan and stayed here + got the same room as I requested. We are coming back on 20 May and hopefully will get the same room too😊😊

Comfortable bed, nice location near JI street. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel got a car to bring us to airport. Highly recommended.

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 10 nights, a pleasant stay in general. Only in 10 nights the bed linen didn't change as it should be. The staffs really made your stay feel comfortable. I would stay in Aryaduta again in the future.

This accommodation is right by the lake. They have a full range of water sports equipment and activities. The staff are excellent, always smiling and helpful in every department. The spa has great views and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious. There are 3 swimming pools for children and adults, all with panoramic views.

The room was clean and neat .It’s safe for solo travelers especially female solo traveler’s.The staffs are friendly and helpful . Will recommend this place to stay .

Whenever we choose a serviced apartment in Medan, this property is always our first choice. We have stayed here multiple times and continue to return because of its affordable pricing, convenient location, and consistently clean rooms. The apartment offers good value for money, especially for travelers or families looking for a comfortable place to stay without spending too much. The location is also practical, making it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and main areas in the city. Overall, our experiences here have been positive, and the cleanliness standards have been reliable during our stays. The only downside we have noticed is that the lift can be quite slow, especially during busy hours, which sometimes requires extra waiting time. Despite this minor inconvenience, we still consider this serviced apartment a dependable and worthwhile choice whenever we visit Medan.

The hotel is relatively new, and the room size and layout are excellent. The staff also provide good service. However, on the second day after it rained, the cold water was very dirty, although the hot water was fine. The location is right next to the train station, but if you walk from the station to the hotel, even though it's not far, the road isn't very pedestrian-friendly (there are barely any sidewalks, and lots of motorbikes).
