My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

The hygiene was excellent, the environment was lovely, and it's very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively upgraded our room type. The service staff on the twelfth floor were also warm and polite. This is a hotel with great value for money.

I chose the veteran Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel because of its bustling commercial surroundings and convenient transportation. It's just a short bus ride to Guangzhou Wanguo Outlets, and other attractions are also easily accessible! I highly recommend trying the food at Da Ge Restaurant when you're in Guangzhou. Coincidentally, I visited on March 8th, and the hotel even warmly presented me with a rose! Thanks to the front desk, they arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, which we greatly appreciated! The room was clean and tidy, very nice!

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. This stay far exceeded my expectations; Annie and her team's warmth made this place feel less like a hotel and more like a cozy sanctuary. Highly recommended – I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangmen!

This was our second trip to Zhuhai Chimelong, and this time we chose the Spaceship Hotel for our family road trip. The resort security was excellent, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The staff were very friendly, and luggage storage was quick and convenient. The Spaceship Theme Park was fantastic; the kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave! It was a truly memorable parent-child experience. The room was very clean with complete facilities and soft bedding. They even provided kid-friendly toiletries and a step stool, which was a really thoughtful touch. The bathroom was spotless, with a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors, and the curtains were great at blocking out light. They really prioritize guest privacy, and the hallways were also very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by lush greenery, pleasant scenery, and fresh air. The lobby decor is warm and playful, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room's overall design is also warm and childlike, with soft bedding and pillows that made falling asleep effortless. The dry/wet separated bathroom was well-designed. The hotel is very considerate, and its location is perfect, allowing direct walking access to Chimelong Spaceship Theme Park. There's also a wide variety of food options at the food court. Next time we visit, we'll definitely choose the Spaceship Hotel again! A very satisfying trip!

My stay here was fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spotless, and the room layout is well-designed (just be mindful of the step-down area). The smart home features made for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service attitude was exceptional; check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt and helpful with any requests, paying great attention to detail. I found a new hotel for a business trip, and I just booked the cheapest room. I didn’t expect the front desk to upgrade the sea view room for free. It’s so beautiful. The view in the morning is absolutely amazing. My colleagues said that the hotel I booked this time is not bad. I plan to bring my family next time. This room is on the 27th floor. You can see the coastline. Although there is a building in front of it, it does not affect the sea view. The stay is relatively late, and there is a takeaway to go upstairs. It is convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. If you don’t have mineral water, you can ask again, because you have to go to work. So I came back late and checked out, and the front desk directly helped me delay it to 2 o'clock, which was great.

They deliver complimentary afternoon tea right to your room, and in the evenings, there are cocktails, plus breakfast in the morning. The garden and sea views are stunning, and with its own water park and dolphin pool, it's perfect for families with kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is attentive, and there's a free shuttle boat to and from Ocean Kingdom, making travel incredibly convenient. This is the pinnacle of ocean-themed amusement parks in China! The Whale Shark Exhibit is absolutely breathtaking; watching whale sharks and manta rays glide gracefully past the gigantic acrylic tank makes for incredible photos. The dolphin and beluga whale shows are both heartwarming and spectacular, with great interactive elements. The roller coasters and ice mountain coaster are thrilling and fun, and the 5D cinema is incredibly immersive – fun for both adults and kids. In the evening, the luminous parade and drone fireworks show are absolutely stunning. The lights, fountains, and jet ski performers create a truly dreamlike atmosphere, making it well worth the price of admission. The park is clean, well-planned, and the service is attentive, making it suitable for both families with children and couples.
