Hotel directly next to the train station - unfortunately also the room directly next to the highway. windows quite well contained. Wellness area actually beautiful. It would have been nice if we had been told when checking in after the question of the wellness area that there are no bathroom clothes, but for 4,- at the reception. This would save us the march through the unspecified and relatively well-designed gangs. Also the ”frokost sample” before the breakfast room was completely superfluous if you've already gone. We were Saturday at 9 a.m. breakfast, were welcomed by the ”frokost” with the notice that it is now full. This notice would be in the room and/or a driving chair certainly helpful. Also the permanent indications ”douche before bath” in the wellness area are rather nervous without shower gel in the showers. Small things that unfortunately reduce the quite positive overall impression.
At the arrival we were welcomed friendly, could go to the room before 15:00. Instruction came like from the fast firearm that I couldn't take it all right. Room was beautifully spacious and clean, but too hot, air conditioning was not controlable. Bed was very comfortable, no back pain. Minibar no longer available in the room, for that is a drinking machine at the reception, felt like in a youth hostel. Breakfast was super, staff very nice. The hygiene is still air upwards, for example, a lap washed several tables with it, newly covered. The space decks were only washed generously. In times of Corona I would have expected something more. In the bar high prices, staff overburdened by the number of guests. Long waiting for drinks. Ash cups in the outer area were stoned, the table stood empty cups around the whole day.
As we were mostly on the way, everything was all right. Had liked a map on the room so I can look at everything in peace, for example, with regard to the spa area, travel may be a city plan.
It was more often in the marine in other cities in the past, and now it was a little more savings, while other hotel chains keep their standard.
Everything in all, was okay, but I don't have to go for the price again.
The rooms are spacious and the corridors are wide. The hotel environment is very good, with a large lawn, fountains, and an outdoor swimming pool. It is not far from the train station and you can walk to any attraction in the city.
The hotel is very new and very comfortable. There is also an oversized shopping mall for eating and shopping. The location is nice and quiet at the river. Great value for money.
