Great location and some very good services (shuttle to ski lifts).
Some improvements can be done in terms of cleanliness and breakfast, but overall great value for money
The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave.
Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment.
At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before.
Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level.
The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.
Enjoyed our one night stay. The room is cozy and matched our expectations with this price. The view outside the window is not bad as well.
We also paid 25 euro per person more to enjoy the spa facilities for one hour which we find worth the money if you are looking for a relaxing session after a day of hiking. The spa is not the biggest or grandest but it does its job with hamman, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. It's quiet during our visit with no one else so basically we had a private experience. Remember to bring your flipflops and swim cap which are mandatory.
The room that touched us had wooden sticks on the roof and it seemed that room in time not looked at it xq the whole roof is full of tears the next day we commented and took them together with photos. I don't know if it looks on the photos.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
Otherwise everything right
Habitación amplia , muy calentita , y buena relación calidad precio, instalaciones mejorar o arreglar el spa y mantenimiento del gym , no hay colchonetas para estirar y varias máquinas en reparación

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is zaragoza train station, which can be moved by public transportation bus, and the surrounding sightseeing places are walking distance. Cleanliness and comfort gave a smile. Although not fluent, even if I tried to talk in English and Spanish, I felt like I was waiting and trying to help. Even when I checked out, I showed the train ticket and was worried, so I left my luggage and set a time plan! The service is the best. Currently, the best hostel I want to come back to during my trip to Spain!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit of a walk from the old town and the main scenic spots, so you need to take a taxi or drive. The hotel's exterior design is very good. It is considered a very good hotel locally. The restaurant downstairs has simple meals and cheap drinks. The private underground garage is spacious and luxurious, and the front desk service is excellent.
GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel because I wanted to travel and see a musician in the auditorium of Huesca. I selected it because it is very close to the auditorium and allows you to walk to several points of interest about 20 minutes walking. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable.
GGuest UserMy wife and I had a very good experience at the Las Ventas hotel. The receptionists were all very pleasant, as were the waiters. The food, considering it was a weekend getaway, was cheap, at 16.50 for the menu, and the quality was very good, although there weren't many dishes to choose from. The breakfast was also very good and varied. It was close to the Zaragoza outlet and the capital itself, and also had a swimming pool and free parking. My hotel to stay in whenever I go to Zaragoza.
SSquiddGreat little place to stay if you want to get away from it all ! Everybody there made me feel very at home. Food very good too, toasted bread with tomato and olive oil for breakfast. Very good value for money !!
VValentin BetranHighly recommended! We stayed for a weekend around 10 friends for a wedding in Jaca and the stay was top. Clean, well-located, good breakfast and rooms with a lot of space. We would repeat!
