My stay at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan was just okay. The location is convenient and the hotel looks nice from the outside, but overall the experience was quite average. The room was acceptable and generally clean, though nothing really stood out. Some facilities felt basic and could use better maintenance. Service was fine, but not particularly memorable. Overall, it’s an okay option for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement.

A very quiet resort hotel with considerate service and great food. Although the price of going out to sea is a bit more expensive than other local hotels, it is worth it to enjoy VIP service.

The Chateau is a family friendly resort, it is also a great place for events like weddings or celebration. When you arrive to the chateau, it feels as if you were in a fairy tale, castle in the woods. The condition and maintenance of the chateau is awesome, very cozy yet grand at the same time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests, providing top notch service. There are many different locations to explore and activities to do around the facilities, which make the stay a very eye opening and entertaining one. The room was beautiful, interior design to perfection, very comfy and clean, definitely had a good rest. The food provided at the chateau, one mouth watering meal, it definitely satisfied our taste buds. Overall the experience at this hotel was fantastic, one that I would recommend to many. I would definitely come back again in the future.

Very old building, old facilities.. but overall still a good stay 1. The escalator was too old, it took at least 1min to get the door opened.. please upgrade a better lift 2. We stayed in Fushcia building, big room, with living room, dining area, a queen size bed, a dressing area, spacious bathroom, a bathtub - cost for RM290/night on a weekend. I feel is worthy. Given shampoo, shower gel, lotion, muji toothbrush and colgate toothpaste, shower cap, vanity kit and sanitary bag. Also, in the cupboard, there is laundry bag and slippers. Only the heater will automatically stop working after sometimes when we shower. Overall worth a 3/5 for me. 3. Talking about the activities, limited. No shows, no fun, no vibes. Suggest to revamp and reopen to attract more local tourists. Current situation is, most locals come for one day trip and foreign tourists only will choose to stay here. Without fun activities, there will not be much reputation built

The location is excellent, directly opposite ECM Mall. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that the refrigerator was switched off, which resulted in an unpleasant odor when it was opened. I recommend ensuring that the refrigerator is thoroughly cleaned and turned on when preparing the room for guests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuantan.

Bangunan sama dgn Swiss-Garden Hotel, setiap bilik akan dapat 1 parking kereta percuma. Check-in sharp jam 3pm, sampai kul 2.30 pun xleh c/in. By 3pm on Wednesday during weekday da ramai yg q utk c/i so klu xnk q pjg sila q by 2.50. Nak cari mkn halal senang, walking distance jer. It a very good place kalau nak stay dgn reasonable price. WiFi memuaskan, TV ada channel, mesin basuh + dryer and 2 room + 2 toilet. Bad thing, kepala terhantuk almari sebab terlalu rendah dan curtain agak menggangu. Sampai berdarah jugak, mgmt kena ltk something. Another thing tiada kiblat utk solat, sila letak.

The room was clean and the location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, though the taste was just average. Overall, it’s a nice place for quality time and you can definitely spend the whole day at the hotel.

Had a 5D4N stay. Nice paranomic view from hotel room balcony. Got shuttle bus service with a RM7 per pax and it's scheduled at every hour, but I didn't take this. Opted for Grab instead, which took ages (once waited for an hour) to get one especially from First World Hotel back to hotel though the distance is about 15-20mins ride only. No drivers wants to take up unless I opted for higher range pricing then I'll be able to get it within 5mins time. Not that convenient but for the sake of the view. Shower water pressure was strong but the drainage was always choked. Pretty brainless to have a drainage near the bed area! First nite had to endure the smelly drainage stench. Bed & pillows comfort level was not bad though. Provision shop located just at level 1. Indoor pool seems not bad.

The hotel service was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the water heater in my room was disappointing. it only stayed hot for a few minutes before turning cold, and I’m not sure why. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee machines were often out of service. Out of two machines, only one was working most of the time, which was inconvenient. There were also sudden loud banging sounds from the upper floor about twice a day, which was quite scary. Room service was fine, but accessing the swimming pool or gym can be a bit challenging if you plan to move between Windmill and Swiss Garden. It’s better to go directly down to the 3rd floor and walk over to Windmill for the facilities. Overall, an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement.

The best place to stay at cameron highlands....view is solid ...breakfast is nice with a nice view and nice spread of food...clean and comfortable room....sleep really well with nothing to worry about. Only 1 thing u got to have strong legs and stamina when u walk down the hotel to go to the bazaar or shops...so when u walk down u have to walk up so yah Rooms there option of using fan or aircon or both if u love cold and toilet is clean...shop around the area is alot so dont have to worries of getting hungry late at night can grab food...
