I had a great stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The location is extremely convenient, having a Village Grocer in the building just opposite is a huge plus for grabbing essentials or a quick meal. One thing to note is that the cellphone reception can be a bit weak inside the unit. However, the provided Wi-Fi was stable and fast, which easily bridged the gap for calls and data. Aside from that, I had no issues at all. The water pressure in the shower was also quite good, which is always a big plus for me! Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Excellent stay overall. Great location with convenient access to nearby malls and attractions. Room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Amenities were good and suitable for a relaxing and productive business trip. Highly recommended.

The room itself is nice, but there are several issues that significantly affected our stay. The blanket was quite thin, bed very low, and the location is difficult to find using Google Maps. What should have been a 10-minute drive took us around 40 minutes due to navigation issues, and the car park was also hard to locate. The lobby has water on floor, no cleaner and maintenance, my daughter slipped and fell when we arrived. The biggest concern was the lift. It is extremely slow, stops at every floor, and has poor ventilation. It took about 15 minutes just to go from level 36 to B3, which is unacceptable. Overall, due to these inconveniences, I would not return.

Everything was good but only 1 guy at the front desk again making check in take some time. Did put a note to give me room near to lift but the other way round happen. Deposit of rm200 was too much and it will take 14 days to credit back to the credit card.

This is where I stay in and around KL when I need to stay for longer for less money. There’s good amenities and attractions near by, decent food is close and the studio apartment perfectly fits my needs. The only downside is the fact that they do not clean rooms or even offer to during the stay. I have to ask for stuff to be delivered and do it myself.

Just had a staycation with friend for 4 nights at Mossaz Suites. The parking area can be a bit confusing for first timer and the lifts were quite slow. Otherwise we are quite satisfied during our stay there. The room are quite well equipped. Had a faulty hair dryer but the service crew had it replaced in under half an hour. Request for re-supply of items were being fulfilled promptly as well. A great thank you to the service and housekeeping team for making sure guests had a pleasant stay.

Very satisfied with this stay! The house is quiet and comfortable, the decoration is warm, and it feels like home. Although it is located in the city, the surrounding area is still very quiet, and the transportation and eating are very convenient. The landlord responded quickly and was very enthusiastic, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall very recommended, suitable for people who want to relax and rest in the city 😊

Returning to Johor Bahru from my hometown in North Malaysia during Chinese New Year, I made a stop in Kuala Lumpur and stayed at this hotel, which is integrated with a mall for shopping and entertainment. Dining and shopping were very convenient. My main reason for choosing it was the newly opened ski experience center.

The room floor was damp, and there was an unpleasant smell similar to a toilet odor and steam smell. In addition, no hot water jug was provided, and the television remote control not have These issues significantly affected my comfort during the stay. I hope the management can take immediate action to address and improve these matters.
