The hotel is generally good, but the location is noisy because there's a public park opposite with an amusement park and loud music. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process was slow; it took me more than three hours to get into my room, even though I booked through the app.

The service was bad by the receptionist. The room had insects such as mosquitoes and the bathroom was not very clean and had a cockroach and the toilet had a yellow stain. The breakfast was delicious and all the items were good.
