Myself and wife (both Singaporean) celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and just wrapped up a 15-day self drive vacation to Switzerland and Austria.
Our seventh stop 1 night stay in Alphotel Innsbruck: from warm and smiling reception staffs, to spacious/absolutely clean well laid-out room with balcony/delicious breakfast especially croissonts pastries/3mins walk to shopping mall, sports shop,McDonalds etc/clean and cool air ..... no words can describe our immense joy and amazements.
Strongly recommend Alphotel Innsbruck for anyone looking to stay close to Innsbruck city with peace and manageable cost. Thank you once again entire staff at Alphotel Innsbruck .... till we meet again :)
This hotel has constructions ongoing so it could be very annoying when construction working is right outside your room. We demanded to change to a different room. The hotel was accommodating. But the cleaning service for the new room didn’t arrive until after 6pm. Combining daily cleaning with turndown? Amazing! So we said no to room cleaning. Service at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired.
The room was really chic, the view was very beautiful, the breakfast was varied, the staff was friendly, the night cost almost €400, and it was strange that for that price, the room didn't have a kettle with tea and coffee or even free water. I would also have liked a better hairdryer, not the smallest Valera hairdryer, which overheated after a minute of use. This really caused inconvenience when drying my hair.

In the past, skiing was very good and the ski area was very close. The hotel staff is also very kind, the only bad thing is to go this time, the restaurant only opened an Asian restaurant, the choice is relatively small
Wonderful hotel with a great attentive good service! The food is fabulous. The great is not to leave the hotel at all. There is a great bar with good music.

AAnonymous UserLove this hotel. Perfect location to prime attractions and well connected by buses to everywhere. Bus 540 goes straight to Kletterzentrum and to haupbahnhof in other direction. Sightseer bus stop and train to nordkette are right in front ad well. Eurospar supermarket next to it gives us everything we needed

WWanderlustYiVery strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.
SSock KengNice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer.
Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car.
Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!

喜喜歡大自然,更喜歡在大口呼吸大手抱樹小口咖啡小嚐甜食,一切辛苦好像就都不算什麼了。I was very satisfied with everything, from the convenient location to the comfort of the room. It was definitely the highlight of my trip! 😊
The Central Hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Innsbruck train station. After checking in and settling my luggage, I could reach the city center in just 5 minutes on foot. It's close to all the main attractions, yet it wasn't too noisy, which made for a very comfortable stay.
GGuest UserHotel very close to the airport. Bus stop to the center at 50 meters, very convenient location since you can reach the city center in 5 minutes. Helpful staff and always ready to give information. Simple and comfortable rooms.
