The hotel is situated near the main street of Linz. You can easily find your foods and drinks in the vicinity. You can take public transport, tram, at the main street to the biggest shopping mall in Linz or to the train station.. This is the hotel I will recommend for those who are looking for decent hotel amenities with many restaurants and stores nearby.
The environment is very good, the hotel is also very high-end, that is, the location is a bit remote, suitable for people with cars to come and live, and parking is free. The entire hotel is just over a 10-minute walk from town, making it very quiet and secluded, like a manor castle. The interior is decorated in an elegant European style, with quaint furniture and creaky wooden floors, making it feel like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The hotel's exterior is also very beautiful, with its own small dock, a restaurant facing the lake, and a spa. It's a popular summer getaway for locals, and best of all, parking is free! We booked a lake-view room, and the view was great. It was off-season, so the hotel wasn't crowded. The furniture inside the room felt a bit dated, and the door had an antique lock, but it was quite clean. I loved the view from the window; it was absolutely stunning. When I woke up in the morning, I opened the window and was greeted by the sound of birdsong. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a three-tiered tower, a buffet area, and a menu where you could order separately. We ordered raw beef tartare and French toast, which were delicious! After dinner, we walked along the road towards town, and the scenery along the way was soothing. It's truly amazing here.

My friend and I were for a night in the Loxone Campus. The hotel, the rooms and the wellness area were really very beautiful, modern and very clean. The service is very friendly. In the restaurant you can eat delicious. Super to relax.

Very average. The hotel doesn't even qualify as a 4-star hotel; it's mediocre even among 3-star hotels. The room setup is bizarre; I rarely see bedside tables and sofas made entirely of iron, which makes a lot of noise when you put things on them. There's no clear water barrier between the shower area and other areas in the bathroom, so water overflows during showers, which is difficult to manage. The breakfast was decent.
Service very nice and effort,Facilities satisfactory,Eating enough and good,Price performance OK,will continue to recommend and would also like to come back.

GGuest UserThis hotel can only be said to be a typical B&B. This place is really deep in the mountains. We drove to P1 and parked before changing to the shuttle bus. However, although this place is small and well-equipped, don’t expect any service. When we arrived, we were greeted by an Asian girl. I will tell you about the facilities and equipment that I should tell you about, and I will also help you carry some luggage. It is tiring to drive three and a half hours to the hotel, but when you suddenly see an Asian face, you feel friendly instantly. You have to take the initiative to ask her how to turn on the heater. , otherwise it will be extremely cold at night and early in the morning, even in Austria in early October!

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

GGuest User1. The view is first-rate, with several restaurants, all with the best view of the lake. The food tastes good. The price is moderate. The layout of the building is also very thoughtful. 2. The hotel's lakeside swimming pool is kept at a constant temperature of 30 degrees, with a glass bottom, so it is not cold to swim, and it seems to be one with the lake. 3. The service is thoughtful. A manual is given upon check-in to show you how to get around the building. It is very clear. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. 4. The room facilities are a bit old, not big, and there is no kettle. The hygiene is OK.

FFuntravelerI stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and chose a package with breakfast included. The hotel environment is very new and clean, with a modern design and a comfortable feeling. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, attentive, and the breakfast selection is rich and satisfactory.
However, I encountered some problems during my stay. First, on the day of check-in (about 10am), I asked the front desk whether I could have breakfast (it should not be included on the app), and the front desk staff said yes, but did not mention the additional charge and the amount of the fee. It was not until check-out that I was told that I needed to pay for breakfast, which made me feel very helpless. I don't mind paying, but I hope that the front desk can clearly explain the details of the fee in advance to avoid misunderstandings.
Secondly, the housekeeping needs to be improved. At 9 o'clock in the morning on the second day of check-in, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to clean the room, but I was not out at the time, so I told them to come back to clean in two hours and hang a door sign at the door requesting cleaning. However, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the room was not cleaned at all, which made me a little disappointed.
Overall, the hotel facilities and restaurant services are satisfactory, but the communication at the front desk and the execution of housekeeping need to be strengthened. I hope the hotel can improve these problems and provide a smoother check-in experience.
