We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.

Unexpectedly perfect, a fantastic experience! The kitchen is fully equipped, completely meeting all cooking needs. The room is clean and tidy, and the view is also great. Downstairs there's a large supermarket, and across the street, there's an Asian supermarket. It's just a few minutes' walk to Victoria Market and Melbourne Central. Dining and shopping are both incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Arrived past midnight from Melbourne, and had contacted the hotel in advance to leave my room key in a lockbox, which made check-in a breeze. Since it was my first time and at night, finding the room took a little while. I chose the Classic room type, and after speaking with the hotel, they were able to add a rollaway bed in the hallway for my 8-year-old child. Breakfast was included with the stay; while the selection wasn't huge, it was filling enough. The hotel's hot spring is also very famous and requires an extra fee, though there are package deals that include both accommodation and the hot spring, which are more cost-effective. The hotel is only a 40-minute drive from Sovereign Hill, making it suitable for a day trip. It's also not far from the attractions in Daylesford. This is definitely a hotel I'd patronize again on my next visit to the town! 😊

We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much. The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

The location is super convenient! A supermarket is just a few steps away, and both Melbourne University and the central business district are within walking distance. The Queen Victoria Market, which is great for browsing, is also nearby, so you can easily pick up fresh ingredients to cook back at the hotel. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a fantastic choice for families.

The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is warm and the space is large enough. The facilities in the room are complete, including toothbrushes, toothpaste and even an iron and ironing board. The bed is also very comfortable.

I stayed for six nights. The price wasn't cheap, but it's surrounded by a commercial center and two huge supermarkets. The breakfast was plentiful. On my last day, I had an early flight at 5:30 AM, so I asked the hotel the day before if they could pack breakfast for me. They confirmed it was possible, but when I asked in the morning, they said no. Two breakfasts, worth 500 RMB, were wasted. The front desk service was terrible.

The place is relatively quiet. The room is very clean and tidy. Highly recommended for staying The parking space is also very spacious. There are also warm lights in the bathroom. You won't feel cold when taking a shower in the winter. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe room was pretty clean, and soundproofing was decent. Hygiene was good too. My only gripe is that the service needs improvement; the front desk wasn't very flexible. It's really close to the airport, which is great for early morning flights, and breakfast was good.

VVSingLocation: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.

GGuest UserI stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued! At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”. Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?! When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused. Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.

SstellayThis resort on Phillip Island is located next to a wetland park, with a small wildlife park right outside. It's a 20-minute drive east to the Penguin Parade and Nobbies Centre, and a 20-minute drive west on the way back to town is the chocolate factory coffee shop. The area is teeming with wild kangaroos, rabbits, grey geese, local waterbirds, and fire ants. At night, we spotted possums in the trees and then realized they were everywhere around our cabin. The room itself was an older-style holiday cottage with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher. The facilities were a bit dated and had a few minor issues. The staff were pretty unnoticeable after check-in and weren't particularly helpful. The little penguins return to their nests around 8 PM (we didn't book tickets specifically for this). Nobbies Centre is definitely worth a visit; we even saw penguins incubating eggs under the boardwalk!

GGuest UserThe room we booked had a balcony, which was great for ventilation, but it was a shared balcony with the room opposite, with no partition in between. The shuttle service was quite convenient. After landing, I called the hotel (the operator was rude), then exited T2, crossed a small road, and waited for the shuttle there. There were signs, so it was easy to find. The shuttle driver was a grumpy old man. The hotel front desk service was good. Also, if you lock your door at night, remember to unlock it the next day. If you don't, you won't be able to open the door with your card after closing it, which is very troublesome. The room's cleanliness was decent, though the windows were very dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was mediocre and exactly the same two days in a row.

GGuest UserI had the chance to experience the Australian hot springs. While there's no discount for hotel guests, the location is absolutely superb. We spent our days on the Great Ocean Road and evenings soaking in the hot springs, which was a fantastic combination. The hotel has two car parks; just be sure to avoid the residents' parking spaces on the apartment side.

IimyaoyaoThis is the worst hotel we stayed in on our way from Sydney to Cat Island! I was extremely disappointed as soon as I entered the room. The room was too small and the facilities were also very old. I can only say that the hotel photos were too good, and the actual room was too cruel. The room was not soundproof, and I could hear every movement next door clearly. Hahaha

GGuest UserLovely hotel though very confusing to find the rooms as there are 3 different buildings and signage not too clear. Breakfast options very limited but what we had was nice . I think more than one little coffee should be permitted without an additional charge. Room was lovely but many rooms don’t have a view on to anything which is a shame . We chose to have a balcony as we wished some outdoor space but don’t expect to look at anything as there are high screens disguising lack of view. Sorrento is a lovely little village with nice shops but 2-3 days is probably long enough . The hotel restaurant was also lovely with nice food and drinks. Pool is the best part , nice area to while away an afternoon . Nicest part of the Mornington Peninsula in my opinion .
