The room facilities feel a bit old, but the layout is decent. The hotel's overall environment is great, blending into nature thanks to its proximity to Dawang Peak. The staff are very proactive and service-oriented. We had originally booked two consecutive packages, but realized it would rain heavily during the latter half of our stay, preventing us from going out. We discussed this with the hotel, and to our surprise, they promptly agreed to cancel one package without any cancellation fees. They are incredibly thoughtful towards their guests, which is fantastic. Definitely worth coming back again.

Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

Our stay at RYD exceeded all expectations, a solid 120%! The floor-to-ceiling windows in our room offered breathtaking, expansive views of Gulangyu Island, perfect for catching both sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed the clear blue sea by day and the twinkling lights by night. The staff were incredibly attentive and warm throughout our stay, providing meticulous service. They even extended our check-out time so we wouldn't have to rush for our train, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location made getting around a breeze. With amazing views and heartwarming, personalized service, it's convenient for all your travel needs. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xiamen! The hotel is luxurious with an amazing city night view. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the service from Legal was very warm and patient, answering all questions thoroughly, which made for a great experience. The hotel's breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. Besides the pool, the hotel also has a small children's play area, and getting around is very convenient with a subway station nearby. It offers outstanding value for money, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Fuzhou!

The room was spacious, and there was plenty of hot water, plus the air conditioning worked really well. My only minor complaint is that they only offer laundry service and don't have a self-service laundromat. For summer travel, it's much more convenient to be able to wash and dry your own clothes. There was ample parking, which was super handy for picking up and dropping off people at the airport.

My stay at Fuzhou Siji Yuecheng Hotel exceeded expectations. The hotel environment was elegant, the room facilities were comprehensive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly touched me was a small incident after check-out: I was rushing and accidentally left behind a personal item, completely unaware. The front desk team discovered it and proactively contacted me. Even though I had already left Fuzhou, the staff patiently verified my information, carefully packed my item, and helped arrange for it to be couriered. The entire process involved smooth communication and quick responses. I genuinely appreciate the front desk team's attentiveness and responsibility; they demonstrated excellent service through these details. Take the Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, for instance; it's conveniently located on Hubin South Road in Siming District, with easy access to many shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions. As for the accommodation, the rooms at the Kempinski Hotel are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious and exquisite decor. They come fully equipped with all sorts of amenities like high-definition TVs, free Wi-Fi, minibars, and more, ensuring a super pleasant stay. 在白茶小鎮路過閑逛，本來沒想住。看到這家新開的酒店，打算進去看看，一進大堂，前台的小帥哥小美女就熱情的介紹，還帶着我上樓看了2個房間，詳細的介紹房間佈局。房間佈局合理，洗手枱，馬桶間，淋浴間分開，全新的設施和布草，淋浴間洗浴護三套都是香薰的，洗手枱的洗手液和身體液也是同一品牌香薰的，這個我很喜歡。很多酒店就沒有護髮素和身體乳。另外戳中我的是，茶吧贈送的4款茶，到了白茶小鎮怎能不品茶，也藴含了酒店的名字“白茶境鸞鳴文化酒店”的主題。整個酒店設計的貼合白茶境界文化，還有免費閲讀的刊物。住進來十分舒適，喝茶，洗澡，床品舒服，這三項已經很滿意。我們辦入住的功夫，前台的小夥子已經把行李給送到了房間，幫忙打開了空調！小姑娘詳細的告訴我晚上去哪裡吃飯，真是如沐春風！第二天的早餐，餐廳服務員彬彬有禮又殷勤的服務，菜品不算多因為淡季，開了一半自助，也挺豐富，五穀雜糧，湯麪，豆漿，小菜都有。看着大投影聽聽新聞，愉悦的用完早餐。依依不捨的告別了點頭鎮。下次來還會選這裏，身體和心情都等到了放鬆。

Justin at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive. He even gave our child a welcome gift and thoughtfully arranged an extra bed. The room itself was spacious with a great layout, spotless, and well-equipped. It's super convenient for getting to the Old Town, and there's a small playground upstairs which is perfect for kids. Highly recommend it to everyone!

We brought our child to Zhangzhou for a short holiday. Xiao Zhuang was incredibly thoughtful, keeping track of our itinerary from the moment she knew we were coming. When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. I'm so grateful to all the staff we met this trip; they made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable.
