Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and bright, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; check-in was quick and efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided complimentary welcome fruit. The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, with attention to detail evident everywhere. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! ✨

I arrived at the hotel in the morning to check in. The room I booked wasn't ready yet, but after asking, I found out there was a family room available immediately. I decisively opted for it, and the handsome guy at the front desk even gave me a discount, upgrading me directly to a sea-view family suite. The room and all its facilities were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The room offered a 180-degree sea view, with Gulangyu Island, Yanwu Bridge, the Twin Towers, the ferry terminal, and even warships all visible at a glance. Both the night view and the daytime scenery were absolutely stunning. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to go anywhere.
Bringing my family for a vacation in Xiamen, our stay here was luxurious yet incredibly cozy! ✨
• **Prime Location:** Situated in a bustling part of Xiamen, getting around was super easy. Surrounded by shopping areas and attractions, it was convenient to reach popular spots like Gulangyu Island and Xiamen University, while also meeting our family's daily shopping and dining needs.
• **Impeccable Cleanliness:** Both our room and the public areas were spotless. The high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities were clean and exquisite. The attention to detail really showcased German precision, making both the elderly and children feel completely at ease.
• **Exceptional Service:** From the doorman's welcome to room service, the care was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The staff proactively looked after our family's needs, such as providing children's amenities and arranging luggage handling. We truly felt at home.
• **Excellent Facilities:** The hotel boasts a luxurious pool, a fitness center, and quality restaurants. Some rooms even offer city views. It perfectly catered to both adults looking for relaxation and children wanting to play, making it ideal for a family vacation.
Overall, it's a benchmark for high-end hotels in Xiamen. If you're traveling with family and seeking quality and comfort, I highly recommend it! 👍

Checked in on the 23rd and had a fantastic experience! From the lovely female staff who helped with my luggage at the entrance, to the friendly front desk lady, and the wonderful housekeeper, everyone was incredibly nice. I really loved the hotel's carpet, which features the erythrina flower (coral tree) from the sea – a lovely touch. Breakfast was decent. The room also came with some local specialty gifts. When checking out, they even gave us small souvenirs. The hotel's location is excellent too, truly living up to its reputation as Quanzhou's first five-star hotel! I'll definitely be back next time! This trip was too rushed, so I didn't get a chance to check out the pool – definitely next time!

The room was really unique, with a 'starlit' ceiling and a bathtub, which my child loved. Every day we came back, we'd take a bath, which was very relaxing. The service was excellent, and it was quiet and comfortable. The bedding was clean, just the right firmness, and I slept really well. The best part is that the elevator goes directly to the second floor, which is super convenient! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiamen. Highly recommended!
This is an old, upscale hotel in Xiamen, boasting an excellent location and environment. Its signature Napoleon cake is nationally renowned; seriously, back in high school 20 years ago, bringing a Marco Polo Napoleon cake was a surefire way to impress any girl! The surrounding area is packed with stylish bars and cafes. The gym has all the essentials, though the facilities are definitely showing their age – think 'old money' vibes. There are a lot of foreigners around, and the whole atmosphere really makes you feel like you're on an overseas holiday. In the evenings, you'll see plenty of luxury cars, which is quite a sight. Absolutely fantastic value for money!
Even on a business trip, I got to enjoy beautiful scenery! The Xiangyu Hotel's convenient location with its views of the Jiulong River and garden scenery was truly a balm for the soul. After work, I relaxed in the hot spring to relieve stress, and enjoyed the river view from the balcony. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for both work and rest, making it my top choice for travel. It also provided great photo opportunities! The service was efficient, and the facilities were excellent, suitable for both meetings and leisure. Beauty and quality coexist here. It was raining in Zhangzhou, but my mood was beautiful! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. 👍

The location is fantastic: There are convenience stores, restaurants, and a subway station nearby, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers. You don't have to waste time on transportation, and you can easily grab some snacks and fruits before heading back to the hotel at night. This kind of convenience really enhances the travel experience.
Heartfelt service: Often, memories of a hotel come from those perfectly executed service details.
Breakfast is a bonus: It combines Fuzhou's local specialty snacks (like fish balls, rouyan, guobianhu, etc.) with an international buffet, satisfying both the desire for novelty and different tastes. Being able to enjoy authentic local snacks at breakfast is definitely more leisurely than making a special trip to a snack bar.
Your 'wise choice' is so detailed and will be a very practical reference for anyone planning a trip to Fuzhou and debating where to stay. I'm sure this choice won't disappoint you on your next visit to Fuzhou.
If you're interested in sharing other discoveries from your trip – like good places you visited starting from the hotel, or memorable restaurants you tried – feel free to chat about it anytime.

Highly recommend. While the price isn't low, the experience is truly excellent. The cultural decor throughout the hotel is fantastic, with calligraphy by Su Shi and Huang Tingjian hanging in the rooms. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive. It really gives off the vibe of a top-tier resort in Bali or Phuket.
The hotel's breakfast is okay, but not outstanding. Some items in the pastry section were quite good, even getting praise from a French guest, but there were also some defrosted items. The juice was truly subpar – very watery and I suspect they added sugar. Hope to see some improvement there.

The best decision for the 2026 Chinese New Year! Due to changes in our holiday schedule, we only had three days. I checked Ctrip, and Fuzhou's flight prices hadn't increased. We wanted somewhere with a beach and warm weather, and the Haiyingwan Hotel met all our needs. Perfect for a seaside stroll with the kids!
The breakfast was absolutely amazing – they had Fuzhou fish balls and 'guo bian' (local rice-flour soup), plus a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. We stayed in Building 2, and the ocean was just a three-minute walk away. During low tide, the kids were so engrossed in collecting shells they didn't want to leave. The sand was fine and soft; it was incredibly relaxing, especially if you just want to entertain kids and seniors. Even my 73-year-old mother loved it.
The hotel grounds are like a park. For kids who love planes, this is a treat! I heard it's the only seaside airport, so you can watch planes to your heart's content. It's not noisy at night either; with the windows closed, you can barely hear anything.
**Amenities:** Very child-friendly, everything you need is there.
**Hygiene:** Excellent.
**Environment:** A coastal garden.
**Service:** Excellent.
**2-3 Person Family Package:** Truly too much food, I suggest they make it available for lunch as well in the future.
**Fuzhou Airport Shuttle:** Departs every 30 minutes, always ready to go.
**Seaside Mini Train:** Absolutely a favorite for little ones.

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel service was pretty good. The room had large windows, so it was nice and bright, and the night light was a cool ambient light, which I liked. The local snacks around the hotel were also decent. Overall, this hotel in Fuzhou met my expectations for my trip. Plus, they gave me a fridge magnet when I checked out, which was a nice touch!

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The hot spring pool was especially comfortable; after a soak, I felt completely relaxed, both body and mind. The staff were warm and attentive, making me feel well-cared for from check-in to check-out.

BBen Ong SGOur experience at Jingmin Hotel is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly with special thanks to one of their staff, Mr. Riley, who went the extra mile to assist my son when he required medical assistance.
The location is also very convenient, with lots of eatery nearby and just a short walk to the metro.
The room is also very clean with good WiFi.
GGuest UserMy husband stayed here a few years ago and highly recommended it, so we finally brought the whole family this year. Wuyi Villa is perfect for kids; they could easily spend an entire day just playing around the resort. We didn't even get a chance to visit the actual kids' playground, though it looked pretty good from the outside. Breakfast was also great, and they upgraded our four rooms and put them all together, which was really thoughtful. I'd definitely come back to Wuyi Mountain if I get the chance.
YyoungerfyFor my Quanzhou trip, I chose the InterContinental Taihe, initially drawn by its convenient location, close to all the main attractions.
I booked an Executive Suite, which included Executive Lounge access. The room offered simultaneous views of the Ferris wheel and Jinjiang Bridge – you could watch the tide come and go during the day, and the nighttime views were even more stunning. Right next door was the Maritime Silk Road Xunfeng Night Market, bustling with local life.
From check-in onwards, the staff's service was exceptional, especially Ms. Xiao Mao. Her service was consistently attentive and responsive to every request. The room key card was also very unique and made for a nice souvenir.
The breakfast is highly recommended; it featured almost every type of Quanzhou snack, allowing you to savor global delicacies without leaving the hotel. Western dishes, fruits, and regular breakfast items were also plentiful. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'World City of Gastronomy,' and I can understand why international visitors also choose to stay here.
