This hotel is luxurious and elegant with excellent service. It faces Gulangyu Island, and the subway station is very close to the hotel's garage exit. Turning right from the hotel's entrance, it's about a 5-minute walk to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, a great experience.

The location is right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk or use shared bikes (like 'Xiao Bai Che') to all the attractions. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, even providing a hand-drawn map of the local sights, which was a lovely touch. The room facilities were complete and clean, with no strange smells, and the bedding was fresh. The breakfast offered great value for money with a wide variety of dishes. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends!

The Kempinski Hotel is quite a luxurious establishment! Its locations are usually excellent, often in city centers or scenic areas. Take the Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, for instance; it's conveniently located on Hubin South Road in Siming District, with easy access to many shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions. As for the accommodation, the rooms at the Kempinski Hotel are incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious and exquisite decor. They come fully equipped with all sorts of amenities like high-definition TVs, free Wi-Fi, minibars, and more, ensuring a super pleasant stay. Plus, the room views are fantastic; some overlook bustling cityscapes, while others offer beautiful natural scenery. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich and varied! There's a wide array of bread and pastries, emanating enticing aromas. You'll also find fresh, colorful, and sweet-tasting fruits. The hot food section includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, catering to all your breakfast desires. Our stay was fantastic! Legal, our butler, was incredibly kind and polite, and handled our check-in super efficiently. We arrived early and couldn't get a king-size bed, but they upgraded our room for free. The room was spotless, even the corners were perfectly clean. The hotel breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of options.

Stepping into the room, I was enveloped by the warm lighting. The decor was simple yet refined, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud, instantly melting away all my fatigue. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was a thoughtful touch, with hot water available instantly and at a stable temperature. I woke up to birds chirping outside my window, and drawing back the curtains revealed a lush green view. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, making both check-in and check-out processes efficient. This short getaway completely exceeded my expectations; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city.

We brought our child to Zhangzhou for a short holiday. Xiao Zhuang was incredibly thoughtful, keeping track of our itinerary from the moment she knew we were coming. When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. I'm so grateful to all the staff we met this trip; they made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable.

Over the past decade or so, I've stayed at several Marco Polo hotels in various cities, but this was my first time at the Xiamen property. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Xiamen Island, and it's right next to Yuandang Lake and Citizens Park, with a lovely lakeside fitness trail surrounded by lush greenery. The room amenities are excellent, and the restaurant offers a very rich selection of food, especially the local favorites like Shacha noodles and 'Mianxian paste' (vermicelli paste) – highly recommended!

The invincible sea view and beautiful environment were amazing. Traveling during the off-peak season meant fewer people, making the experience excellent. There was a minor hiccup though: the first room had some equipment issues due to the strong sea breeze and humidity. However, the front desk resolved it by moving me to a better room. On the downside, the front desk phone rang for a long time without anyone answering; usually, I had to call room service for things like water or children's slippers, and they answered much faster. Overall, all the hotel staff seemed rather indifferent, with no smiles, and their responses to requests were just standard. The advertised special activities, like the sea-view train, archery, dry-land curling, and the small boats in the garden, were nowhere to be found. It's a large garden hotel, and I didn't explore much beyond the beach. My overall impression was just average. However, just before checking out, a manager from the Fuzhou Haiyingwan Baixiang Hotel Guest Relations Department handled a problem with outstanding enthusiasm and excellent service. That was the only time I felt truly served and valued. A special shout-out to her!

The location is excellent, right within the Wuyi Mountains scenic area, about a 10-minute walk from Wuyi Palace, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel's overall environment is beautiful, and it has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine, dryer, and vending machine. They even provide laundry detergent in the bathroom, which is a very thoughtful touch. Plus, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating; when I asked for water, they generously gave me two bottles.
