Our stay at SYYF Guilin was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and the staff made us feel truly welcomed with their warm and dedicated service. A special appreciation to the team for their excellent coordination and support through Trip.com, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and attention to every small detail. One of the highlights was the breakfast — there was a fantastic variety of delicious options catering to different tastes, all fresh and of great quality. Another huge advantage is the hotel’s perfect location. SYYF Guilin is in close proximity to all the major attractions, making it extremely convenient to explore the beauty of Guilin without spending too much time travelling. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, hospitality, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Guilin — we would definitely love to stay here again!

Very clean and confirmed. Light switches and outlets by head board. Pool was nice, sometimes it is heated. Office staff super nice. Even though i checked out they still let me from same day and use the lobby bathroom to change. If my room hadn't already been cleaned they would have let me wash off but wasn't a big deal to me. Walking right outside there are plenty of places to eat and xijie west street is a straight shot about 10min walk from here. They offer mopeds to rent as well but i didn't used that service.

We had a beautiful stay at Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed - fresh water and towels everyday, option to chose between Chinese and Western breakfast and delicious fruits. Xiaoming was so nice to give us the e-bikes to drive around Guilin for free and we enjoyed using them a lot! If we had any questions about the area or needed a ticket for the li yang river cruise he immediately took care of it for us. We had also had a pickup from the train station so we didn’t need to find the way to the resort on our own. It was a wonderful stay. Thanks so much from the young German man, who looks like an old German man and his girlfriend ☀️

We loved our stay at this hotel. It’s very welcoming, the staff are lovely and helpful. We don’t speak Chinese but the staff confidently helped us using translation tools. The room is beautiful. Very comfortable large bed and great pillows. The bathroom was good. Plenty of storage. Everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, with a good range of food. The location was convenient to the metro, walking distance to two shopping malls and parks. Beautiful shared spaces in the lobby, nice decor. We appreciated the 1pm checkout time. We would stay again!

The hotel's location by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes is perfect – it's peaceful yet central. My room was window-facing, but it wasn't noisy at all. I booked a queen room and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a super king room. Upon entering, I was greeted by a lovely green view, which was such a delightful surprise. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and tidy, with great amenities like a smart assistant (XiaoDu), an electric bidet toilet, a heated towel rack, and a direct drinking water dispenser – fantastic value for money! The service was also very thoughtful; during my two-night stay, a butler handled my laundry daily. The downstairs restaurant served delicious food too. All in all, I was very satisfied with this trip; it definitely enhanced my Guilin experience.

The hotel has a self-service laundry room, which is super convenient! The facilities are new, the service is warm, and the hygiene is excellent. The bedding is soft like clouds. The free large parking lot is a thoughtful touch, and the buffet breakfast offers incredible value for money. Highly recommend!!!

My sister and brother-in-law came back to China for a trip this year and specifically wanted to visit Guilin. We researched many hotels in advance and ultimately chose the Tianlongwan Puyue. It proved to be an excellent choice; the hotel's location is superb, right by the attractions. The butler added us on WeChat beforehand, sent us a中文 and English guide, and arranged airport pickup. As for the accommodation, the room was very spacious, new, and extremely comfortable, with attention to every detail. I'm really looking forward to visiting Guilin myself and staying here too.

This stay experience is super satisfying! Although it is a large flow of people during the May Day holiday, the overall sanitation of the hotel is particularly in place, and the whole house is cleaned. The room is spacious and bright, and you can smell a faint fragrance as soon as you enter the door. The lighting is also very good, I can wake up in the morning and drive to the sunrise 🌅 The staff service attitude is also very good, warm and thoughtful and very kind. Close to the station, the price is also very high, I will choose this next time I come, I recommend it ～

Exceeded my expectations! The hotel's airport pickup was punctual and safe. Since we arrived late, the hotel prepared a late-night snack for us and upgraded us to a family room. They have a laundry room, coffee bar, swimming pool, library, game room, and even a carousel! The surroundings are quiet, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at the HeShe hotel . From the moment we arrived we were treated with such warmth and kindness. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable . We had the family suite which overlooked the lake and the karst mountains . The view from our room was so serene and beautiful. During our stay we visited the Reed flute cave which is a short walk from the hotel - thank you Ginny for walking us to the cave . We also had a tea ceremony with Jing - with delicious tea and snacks . Hotel staff also arranged a Chinese calligraphy lesson with Master Wu for us . We thoroughly enjoyed our lesson . Melody, also booked us on an adventurous day out taking the boat to Yangshuo and then onto the Ruyi peak . A special thank you to Melody who went out of her way to help get my handbag with passport in it returned to me after I had forgotten it on the boat to Yangshuo . . I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, serene ,location but which still has easy access to other areas .
