The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the ancient city and the Confucius Temple, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are also great – spacious and very clean. The only downside is that just one elevator goes to the front desk, which isn't very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, and when a tour group came in, they struggled to replenish the food in time.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel's facilities were outstanding and really caught my eye, and all the bathroom amenities were complete and worked perfectly. The cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless with no strange odors, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The environment was quiet and peaceful, and the view from the window was quite expansive. Xiao Zhao at the front desk provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests, which made the experience truly exceptional!

The hotel proactively reached out beforehand and, upon learning we had two young children, kindly upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arriving at the car park, staff immediately offered to help with our luggage; they were very friendly and approachable. The hotel has a Japanese-inspired design, making for great photo opportunities, and features a heated outdoor onsen (hot spring bath). The hotel's dog is also super cute!

The room was also excellent, with a huge bed and bedding that was much softer and more comfortable than expected. The decor has a local ethnic feel, very authentic. The soundproofing is excellent; despite being in a busy area, you don't hear any noise. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the bustling street. Very nice!

I have to give Banshan Hotel a full five-star rating! The stay was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff was super enthusiastic and gentle, very friendly and polite. The check-in process was smooth, and their attitude throughout was excellent, making you feel warmly welcomed from the moment you arrived. The hotel also has free parking, which is incredibly convenient for those traveling by car. It takes the stress out of parking and feels very secure, perfect for a self-drive trip. The location is also ideal, only about 2 kilometers from the ancient city, a ten-minute drive away. It's super convenient for exploring the ancient city and visiting attractions. The overall service quality of the entire hotel is top-notch, and all the staff are incredibly attentive and thoughtful, paying great attention to detail. I honestly think it's fantastic value for money – comfortable stay, attentive service, and convenient travel. The experience was perfect, and I'll definitely choose Banshan Hotel again without hesitation next time I'm in the area. I'll also recommend it to all my friends!

This was my first time visiting a Miao village, and I chose this hotel because it's very close to the observation deck. It's only about ten meters from where the sightseeing bus drops you off, and the front desk staff even came out to greet me in advance – excellent service! They also gave me cocktail and handmade batik experience vouchers. I highly recommend this hotel!

Several obvious advantages: The family room with a side bed is perfect for families traveling with children. The sink has two levels, allowing toddlers to wash themselves independently. Sharp corners on the cabinets are protected against impacts, demonstrating good safety measures. The room's decor is appealing to children. Requests are promptly fulfilled upon request, and the staff is very helpful. A few shortcomings: The lobby lounge area is insufficient; there's only one free bench, and other seating areas are mostly occupied by paid areas. The supposedly gym is practically useless; a few treadmills are haphazardly placed near the entrance, and the aerobics room is dirty and disorganized. The hotel's location is isolated; finding food requires ordering takeout or taking a taxi. Although it's close to Wanda Plaza in a straight line, the actual route is circuitous, making taxis the only option.
