This hotel has a great environment with many Instagrammable spots. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's located right in the center of Kaili, making it super convenient for transportation and perfect for sightseeing itineraries. Next to it, there's an old traditional culture street and a night market with street food. There are also unique local attractions nearby. Every time I come to Southeast Guizhou, I always stay at the Guizhou Cultural Tourism Jiatu Hotel. Maybe it's because of the convenient transportation, or perhaps it's close to the snack street. I'll definitely stay here again next time, haha. During holidays, there are even performances where you can experience traditional ethnic minority culture. The hotel environment and hygiene are excellent. They also have a seafood buffet dinner on the fourth floor, so you don't even need to go out to eat, which is incredibly convenient and fast. The room faces the mountain view. The B&B also thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts💝 and dinner for us, as well as welcome fruits and good night desserts. The service is quite good, thumbs up. We booked a two-night package, which comes with a bathtub. We brought our own mugwort for a hot bath, but the water temperature in the bathtub was not hot enough. It is recommended to check it. In the evening, have a cup of hot tea 🍵 and chat slowly 🥘🍷🍓 - We have traveled to a place we haven’t seen for a long time, and there are still a lot of changes. To add: The B&B also thoughtfully booked hot spring tickets for us at the Park Lane Hotel. It is recommended for those who drive there. Zhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

The hotel was spotless, and the service was excellent. They offered a wide variety of breakfast options. We picked this hotel because we had an early flight, and it's conveniently located close to the airport. Getting a taxi to the city center for dining is also very easy.

The service from the front desk staff, both male and female, was exceptional. I especially want to commend a young man with glasses. I had sprained my ankle and was having trouble getting around, and he was incredibly helpful. When I first arrived, he was even outside directing guests with parking, which made me think, 'Wow, this hotel's service extends even to what a parking attendant would do!' I say this because I've worked in five-star hotels before and understand job roles and responsibilities. Another female staff member was also very understanding and extended my checkout time by an hour. Despite my injury, I had a very pleasant stay.

This is a superlative hotel and it’s very sophisticated. The staff is super nice and exemplifies Guizhou hospitality. The staff went out of their way for me and I even got some fruit and a free bottle of wine and given that business was slow. I got a free upgrade very very happy with the room and my experience here. The location is excellent in the views are sublime! The Pagoda / pavilion or illuminated at night. There are many things to do right there and you do not need ridesharing or taxi or anything. I definitely will go back here next time. I am in Guiyang! This is not a superfluous review. I really feel that I lucked out with this hotel and it was more of a luxury experience than a mere hotel stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the observation deck and conveniently on the roadside, so no stairs to climb. Inside, it's a pleasant surprise – very charming with a great atmosphere, and the lobby even has a terrace where you can enjoy coffee. Before check-in, a customer service representative reached out to provide directions. Since the tourist shuttle was suspended during Chinese New Year, we had to walk one stop, but thankfully a staff member helped us with our two large suitcases! All the drinks in the room were complimentary, plus we received fruit, and they even gifted us some tea when we left. Highly recommend!

Because the air conditioning sound in the first room was too noisy to sleep, the request for a room change was made, and the front desk actually asked for a cleaning fee with a bed passively!
