Thanks to Mr. Daniel Wang, the manager of the Front Office Department. I stayed at the hotel for quite a few days. He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home. During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help. The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I will choose this hotel again next time. Once again, thank you to all the service staff for bringing more wonderful experiences to the guests.

Staff service was excellent from the reception to the converge to the restaurant staff. I celebrated my birthday st the hotel and they very kindly welcomed my checked in with a birthday cake made with towels and beautiful vase of flowers. There was also a very well written wishes in Chinese. On the actual day, they also ordered a birthday cake for me. At Summer Palace, they cooked a bowl of birthday noodles and offered us a complimentary dish of guo ba rou. I want to especially thank the converge staff that received my delivery of my pair of scissors sent from the train station security and paid the delivery fee on my behalf. Thank you for a memorable birthday time in Shangri La.

新開的酒店，地裏位置很好，訂的山景房，直接就能看到首山的烽火台，日落很美，房間也很乾凈，服務人員也非常的熱情，衹要在酒店看到工作人員，就會主動打招呼問候，很親切，樓下很大的免費停車場，前台在七樓，正好趕上平安夜和聖誕節，佈置的很温馨，特別適合打卡，早餐也很豐富，還有很多外國友人用餐，感覺到了國外一樣， 24h自助DIY花式咖啡:，有打印機，辦公的區域，挺合理的設計，每個沙發下面都會有usb插口，這是萬萬沒想到的，出行很方便，出酒店幾百米就會有公交車，如果坐車來，有直接到葫蘆島北站或者興城西站的公交車，興城消費也還可以，特色美食也很多，酒店對面有個渤海船校，有一條美食街，都很好吃，不願意出酒店，外賣也很方便，一樓有個機器人能給送上去，涼了也沒事，房間裏配備了微波爐，還有小冰箱，專門洗水果的水盆，真的很不錯，最主要的是，能帶寵物入住，總之，入住體驗很好，下次來訂個海景房，聽説能看到美麗的日出

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the Shangri-La. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. They generously upgraded me to an executive room. I was a bit surprised to find that the executive lounge on the 22nd floor seemed primarily set up for meetings. Upon checking it out, there were only soft drinks and coffee available. Since there was nothing to eat, I decided to grab a bottle of soda water to take with me. To my astonishment, the staff member wouldn't allow me to, insisting I had to open it and take a sip on the spot before leaving. It was certainly the first time I've encountered such a rigidly 'by-the-book' staff member! On a positive note, the breakfast pancakes were delicious. The motorized curtains and sheers were a bit inconvenient; you couldn't open them halfway. It was either too dark when fully closed or too hot with the sun streaming in when fully open. However, the bathroom shower was excellent!

Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

The front desk staff were really nice — very friendly and polite. The room was very big and spacious. Not only was there a washing machine, but also a large refrigerator. Both of us were very satisfied with our stay. As for breakfast, it was quite varied, with both Western and Chinese options, and we were able to eat very well. Most importantly, since we arrived early, they allowed us to check in early, which was really great.

Facilities: As it's an older hotel, the decor and style still reflect an older design. It could definitely use some partial renovation and upgrades. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Both the public areas and guest rooms were cleaned quite thoroughly. Environment: Parking was a bit inconvenient, but the location is excellent. I chose this hotel over New World and Marriott for its value for money, and also because I saw it had a play area for kids. Although there weren't many items, everything was new and exciting for a child under two, and they loved it! Plus, it was convenient to return here after spending time at K11. Service: Absolutely outstanding! Having stayed at various types and levels of hotels due to my previous job, this was my first time at Wanxin, but the staff had an inexplicable warmth and genuine friendliness. It wasn't that fake, overly enthusiastic kind of service. The front desk was meticulous; I had called ahead to request a crib, and it was already set up when I checked in. The male and female staff at the swimming pool were both incredibly warm and attentive. Furthermore, I didn't even notice I had left my bracelet behind when checking out, but a lady named Rosy contacted me. She was polite and enthusiastic, helping me find a suitable way to retrieve my bracelet. I'm truly grateful! If I get the chance, I'll definitely recommend my friends book a room with Rosy! ^O^

From the moment we checked in, every step of our stay felt so warm! The room had crispy shrimp crackers and Dalian soda... The Horizon Club offered sea urchin dumplings, sea cucumber noodles, sea cucumber congee... And for New Year's Eve dinner and New Year's Day feast, it was all authentic Dalian flavors! The lion dance performance on the morning of New Year's Day, with its 'cai qing na ji' (picking greens for good fortune) tradition, was full of traditional festive spirit! My elders were so happy celebrating Chinese New Year here! All the staff at the Horizon Club were enthusiastic and attentive, and Hedy was especially caring towards my elders. Thank you all for your hard work during the New Year period. Wishing you a Happy New Year and good fortune in the Year of the Horse! As a local from Dalian, Shangri-La is truly the five-star hotel I recommend the most! Keep up the great work!

The Grand Hyatt Shenyang is absolutely fantastic! It's located right in the heart of Youth Street, with direct access to MixC Mall, which is incredibly convenient. The subway is also within walking distance. The spacious rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a separate wet/dry bathroom with luxury toiletries, making for a super comfortable stay. The high-altitude restaurant offers a diverse selection of delicious food, and Veran's service was warm and efficient. With great transportation and an excellent overall experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang!
