Our stay this time was quite a pleasant surprise. Tina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic and upgraded our room, which made our stay very comfortable. The parent-child themed decorations require an advance booking, and they provide a full set of children's toiletries, which is a great touch! The breakfast was decent, with some local Shenyang specialties. The swimming pool water temperature was good, and the attendant there was very warm and friendly.

The front desk staff, Angel, had a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and efficient. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower had consistent and comfortable water pressure. The hotel also features a heated pool and a 24-hour gym, which I was very satisfied with. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Shenyang.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the service hotline was answered promptly. Hygiene: Excellent environment, with a wardrobe and various complimentary amenities. Ambiance: It wasn't yet the season for air conditioning, and as it's a fully enclosed hotel, the room temperature was a bit high. Service: Attentive, meticulous, and patient. This included room service, the hotel front desk, restaurant service, hosts, and guest relations like Ellie, all demonstrating the high standards of a five-star hotel. Notes: A small suggestion – the scent at the hotel entrance was a bit too strong. It triggered my rhinitis; the fragrance was indeed a bit overpowering.

Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. See you again, Ascott, in the summer!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with Wanda Plaza, Panpan Road, and Tonghuimen Market all within easy walking distance. It would be helpful if booking platforms could more clearly distinguish between the VIP Building and the Executive Building. The hotel's breakfast truly deserves praise – there was a wide selection, and everything was delicious. However, the broth for the 'Suancai Cuan Bairou' (sour cabbage and sliced pork soup) and the gravy for the 'Doufunao' (tofu pudding) were a little on the salty side.

Returning to Shenyang from abroad, the Grand Hyatt was the perfect choice for a restful stay. A big thank you to Dino for the meticulous service throughout – knowing I'd been traveling long-distance, they prepared a comfortable room and thoughtful welcome drinks in advance, which really helped alleviate my travel fatigue. The hotel environment is quiet and private, the room felt luxurious, and the bedding was incredibly soft. The dining quality was consistently excellent, and the attention to detail truly showcased the hotel's high standards. It cured all my travel weariness, and the experience was simply impeccable.

My friends kept telling me how great the service is at New World Dalian Hotel, so I decided to experience it for myself, and it definitely lived up to its reputation! Five stars all the way! The gym and pool are top-notch, truly world-class. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly attentive. The bell staff immediately offered to help with my luggage, and the front desk staff were all smiles and genuinely helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, meticulously maintained, and the bedding was super comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the amenities were well-stocked, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is also incredibly convenient, right in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. The service was thoughtful, the room was spotless, and it was a truly comfortable stay. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Dalian, and I've already recommended it to all my friends.

My friend and I were traveling during a holiday, laden with bags, and I was worried about long queues for check-in. Lisa, knowing we were on vacation, was incredibly thoughtful. She specifically arranged a non-smoking floor room for us and proactively told us where to find popular local snacks, bubble tea shops, and shopping areas near the hotel. She clearly explained taxi routes and walking directions and even reminded us to be careful when going out at night. She was truly as considerate as a friend. Walking into the room, I was immediately impressed. The cleanliness was impeccable, the room was spacious, and the layout was cozy and comfortable, creating a great vibe for photos, perfect for a girls' trip. Throughout our stay, whenever we saw Lisa entering or exiting the hotel, she would always greet us with a smile. When we needed disposable items or extra bottles of water on short notice, we just mentioned it to the front desk, and Lisa would immediately help us out. Her attitude was consistently excellent – patient and thorough, never perfunctory. The hotel's cleaning staff were also very diligent, tidying the room on time every day, making the beds, replenishing supplies, and keeping everything spotless. Lisa is such a gentle, warm, and detail-oriented person who always puts guests first. Her service was exceptionally thoughtful and down-to-earth, making our stay incredibly comfortable and reassuring. The Shangri-La's location is also very convenient, whether you're going to the airport or attractions. My bestie and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit this area!

Liaoning is the second hometown of our family of three. This time the child traveled by car from south to north during the winter vacation. After passing through Xingcheng, he found another treasure hotel: a brand new Hilton, the atmosphere of the suite is decorated, the large balcony, plus the sea view. Unfortunately, the nearby turf is still finishing the landscape. The scenery is slightly affected. The food is also good. I can’t take a picture of the room in a hurry, but I will definitely visit again during the summer vacation. Good hotel is recommended.

Hhongyanliu56Participated in the Dalian Marathon. This was my second time visiting Dalian, and just like my previous trip during the 2019 Qingming holiday, I stayed at the InterContinental. The location is super convenient, with a subway station right outside. I usually head towards Zhongshan Square Station, but on checkout day, the doorman, the guy with the long hair in a ponytail, recommended Friendly Square Station and even walked me to the intersection. I really appreciated that! The hotel breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety, including Dalian specialties like sea cucumber porridge with rice and kidney bean clam noodles, plus roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), wraps, and fried dough sticks. I got to try them all! Housekeeping was very prompt; every day I'd leave in the morning and come back in the afternoon to a clean room. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit. The only minor downside was that the room didn't have a main overhead light, making it a bit dim.

AAnonymous UserMy trip to Dalian was centered around Hard Rock, and more specifically, acquiring pins from the Rock Shop. During check-in, the receptionist was incredibly enthusiastic. Her service had a certain straightforward, welcoming 'Northern style' that was quite refreshing. The room had a small balcony, but I barely noticed it; I dropped my bags and made a beeline for the Rock Shop, as that was the main event. It was just past peak season, so it wasn't crowded. I went straight to the pin display case. When I was taking photos, the staff member thoughtfully opened the case for me, allowing me a clearer view of all the current season's pins. This small gesture instantly revealed he was a fellow collector, truly understanding the mindset of an enthusiast. Upon learning I was particularly fond of the Core Icon series, the staff member immediately brought out some 'store reserves' from the back, which included the Dalian Core Icon and an opening day pin. These were technically not for sale, but noticing there were two Core Icons, I cheekily pleaded with him to let me have one. After navigating several internal approvals, my new friend went out of his way to make an exception for me, and I finally got my wish! The Hard Rock pin collecting community is incredibly small, and we even discovered we had mutual friends when we chatted! So when he said, '成人之美' – essentially, 'it's a pleasure to help someone achieve their desire' – it perfectly captured the mutual respect and camaraderie that runs through our small community of collectors. My heartfelt thanks! If you're a fellow pin enthusiast, you absolutely must come and check it out, and have a chat with the store manager in person. That's where true passion and dedication truly shine. Oh, and remember the manager's name – Rock Shop Michael Jackson!

KKoshkina AnastasiiaThe hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, and the landscaping is beyond reproach! We took the metro to the final station, then a Didi/Alipay taxi. It was 14:00 there and 18:00 back. We booked a very basic room with one large bed, which looked like it was 2 by 2 meters. We stayed in November. The whole hotel was warm. There's a separate area with large indoor pools and slides for children aged 3 or older. The onsen itself is divided into three equal parts: one common area and two specifically for men and women, where swimsuits are not allowed. The common area has two outdoor onsen and a large heated pool. The women's area has a more fun outdoor landscape and baths than the common area. There were always crowds of people there. Sometimes it was children screaming and splashing around. Sometimes it was just peace and quiet. It closes at 9:00 PM, so we were practically alone in the evening. It's a perfect place for autumn! The air is cool, and sitting in the bath by the moonlight is pure bliss!!! There are also separate foot baths outside. They also have a really great atmosphere. We looked at the menu; the dishes were complex, with lots of sauces and seafood. The prices were high, but we didn't feel like eating them. The breakfast was beautifully presented, but rather basic, nothing special. We had the same at the Ibis. Overall, we were very pleased! You could stay for 2-3 days and really chill out, if only the food was more basic or we could get the hang of delivery. We paid 12,400 rubles per night; we were with a 10-year-old child, but he's not very expensive, so there were no extra charges. Overall, it was a great experience for the cold season! We recommend it.

LLennoxxMy friend told me this was the best Four Seasons in Northeast China, and I had a really pleasant stay in Dalian this time. Before checking in, I communicated my needs and they even upgraded me to a sea view room for free! The hotel's overall service was incredibly attentive and thorough; they pretty much granted every request. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent – I loved the scent. The sea view from the room was also outstanding. The location is fantastic too. It's very close to Silver Beach, Bangchuidao Island, Nanshan Road, and Zhongshan Square. Personally, I think it's more convenient than staying near Xinghai Square. There are also many must-try restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserDuring my stay at Fushun Friendship Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall service experience. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited by the staff were evident throughout, all delivered with efficiency and warmth. The dining experience at the Chinese restaurant was particularly commendable. The dishes were authentic in flavor and meticulously prepared, reflecting a clear dedication to quality ingredients and culinary craftsmanship. Each course was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise. While enjoying new coffee blends and refreshments at the lobby bar during my leisure time, the young female staff consistently maintained a polite and courteous demeanor, engaging in friendly and natural conversations that enhanced the relaxed ambiance. Over several days, the hotel demonstrated high standards across all aspects – service, dining, and ambiance – creating a consistently comfortable and reassuring environment. I look forward to the opportunity of staying here again in the future.

MMingchedeyuanjiaFlew to Dalian on ***** New Year's Eve. The business class flight tickets were cheap, and a sea-view suite at Hotel Nikko was affordable during the off-season. The front desk was standard, and the room was excellent. After some effort, I managed to book a New Year's Eve dinner. Fearing I might hold up the table for the next seating, I went early and ate quickly. I'm very grateful to the waitress who helped me pack up my leftovers; she kept reassuring me not to rush and to eat at my leisure. In fact, a family of three came and left behind me, perhaps finding it not worth the price. My solo meal cost 500 yuan, and I thought it was good. Vita Tao even came over and hugged me, giving me a horse figurine, which is auspicious. After that, I couldn't eat at Hotel Nikko anymore. So many unmentionable things happened during the process, haha. But the bread at Hotel Nikko was delicious. I borrowed a charging cable from the hotel. The hotel scissors were dirty, so I bought alcohol wipes to clean them myself. The housekeeping staff was great and proactively gave me extra bottled water. When checking out, after coordination with Trip.com, I was granted a late checkout until 4 PM. The hotel didn't rush me. However, someone at the front desk asked for a good review and came to look when I pulled out my phone to call a car, which was unpleasant. Good reviews should come naturally from guests who've had a good experience; asking for them is completely unnecessary.

Hhrk0410I visited with my children for a hot spring trip. It was very cold outside, but as soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it felt incredibly warm. Ms. LIA was truly wonderful. She arranged a comfortable, child-friendly room for us and promptly delivered all the necessities we requested. Since it was our first time here and we weren't familiar with the area, she also recommended some fantastic restaurants near Gastein, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The hot springs were so relaxing and warming, and the breakfast was excellent too. This is definitely a place I'd love to visit again. Thank you so much!
