The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with free tea and coffee. The front desk service is also thoughtful. There is also a pianist playing the piano in the morning, which is very good. It is particularly charming👍

The breakfast was good but there is NO air conditioning in the room. It was so hot that I could not get sleep. But even more annoying: There were 5 houseflies in my room! They interrupted my peace - I will never forget this bad experience. I will not come back.

My booking was not available at check-in. However, it was sorted out during the course of my stay. The hotel is located directly on the Maschsee in Hanover and having breakfast by the window even gives you a bit of a holiday feeling.

The subway entrance is right at the door, which is really convenient. The hotel is good in all aspects and the price is right. It may be the most cost-effective in this area. The arrival was already unpleasant. 2 receptionists are sitting in the office with view to the reception and let us wait almost 10 minutes to welcome us quite boring. Rooms can only be obtained at 15:00, which can be, but she has not even checked whether the room was previously laid. A short look at the place where you can park the bag, turns around and that was. The room was very oldly equipped and out of the outflow in the bathroom a fierce smell for the whole 4 days. The bed and the room size were ok. The breakfast was really good, but the staff was overloaded and not coordinated. The pool was good. Of 3 saunas 2 were defect. The covers used on the resting places were still there in the morning as before. A massage or other applications were not possible because the practice was long closed, according to the receptionist, but was not specified on the hotel website... my conclusion: for night OK, but not for me again.

Great hotel, the friendliness of staff and service was of first class. Rich, fresh and delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms are equipped top, cleanliness 1A and parking right in front of the door. Price-performance ratio excellent. We're very happy to come back.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Comfortable bedding, as you always can expect from Hilton. We got free upgrade to family room once I requested possibilities for a twin bed.

Best way to spend a night before an early flight in the morning. Easy and quick check in, spacious, clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time we used the hotel before a flight, and we will do it again for sure.

The hotel is very comfortable, 5 star is over-explored, breakfast is very good, on busy days unusual 'routing' around breakfast, wifi very moderate at some moments, fun restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance.
