The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities.
My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect. However, there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and in the room. I couldn't use the kettle; when I opened it, it was dirty inside and smelled burnt.

MMagdalena&LukasI had an amazing time at the Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn. Honestly, if you're planning a trip to the city, this place is a total winner.
Perfect location - basically right at the edge of the Old Town, so everything is super walkable.
Spa - top-floor spa area is a perfect way to chill out after walking around all day.
Breakfast - the buffet is huge and delicious.
Room - well-equipped, clean, and quiet.
Staff - friendly and helpful Thank you!

RRyuki kI had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day.
The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions.
Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

ここりまMy time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good.

GGuest UserLocation is excellent. Old town is a few streets away, 5 min walk. The hotel is clean and spacious. The rooms have everything you need and the hotel employees were very helpful. Bathrooms are huge and very stylish. Bed was very comfortable.

PPaweł DańczakYou can't really have any major complaints, as the brand certainly delivers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are varied and very good. Its location, halfway between the airport, the coast, and the Old Town, makes the hotel truly versatile, and everyone should find it convenient. My only reservation is the policy of charging for bottled water in the rooms. I think there shouldn't be a charge for the daily complimentary set, with additional bottles being charged only after the initial ones provided at check-in are consumed. It's a minor detail, but it feels a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

자자문인력There are definitely reasons for being more expensive than anywhere else. The facilities were very tidy and nice. Breakfast is also varied and delicious. However, I didn't do that because I thought I had to provide one water every day.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel in the heart of Tallinn. A parking fee of € 30 was announced in advance at the hotel. Afterwards, € 35 was charged. Whirlpool is charged extra when using. Otherwise very nice hotel and beautiful breakfast. In my view, it is recommendable.
