I had a great stay at this 5-star hotel — the experience was overall excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering great comfort throughout my stay. The location is perfect, and the facilities (pool, spa, restaurant, etc.) live up to the hotel’s reputation. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel that I’d definitely recommend and would happily return to on my next visit.

Great hotel in Tehran, but high prices, Encourage the room service and the housekeeping staff to learn English for better communication with guests, or please hired qualified staff, the night shift staff in the room service less qualified in comparing with the day shift staff, I mean the staff who answer the phone and get the order.
