The hotel is very spacious with nearly all-day lounge to hang out with snacks and drinks as the key signature. The staffs are all service-minded and friendly. The public bath service is also the great facility I have enjoyed as well. The location of hotel requires you to walk moderatedly from the Osaka station, yet the hotel location itself is surrounded by metros, convenient stores, drug stores, and restaurants.
Love it!
There are so many facilities (see pictures for details), it was a great stay.
The only downside is that the subway is a bit far away, so you have to time your bus.
The hotel lobby is huge, and it is equipped with convenient wifi and charging ports that you can't use.
The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second,
upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

An absolutely wonderful Japanese hotel experience. The lovely lady at the front desk, who spoke Chinese, kindly explained how to use all the hotel facilities. The onsen (hot spring) was definitely the biggest highlight; a soak in the evening really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. The ladies' room was especially thoughtful, equipped with a vanity mirror and a curling iron. It was very quiet, and the room was clean too.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Japan in terms of value for money, and I've been here four times. While it has some common issues with older hotels, like limited power outlets and dated bedding, these are minor flaws compared to its overall excellent qualities. The location is about 500-600 meters from both the train and subway stations. For this price range in Japan, the room is surprisingly spacious, offering a glimpse of Sakuramiya and a corner of the castle tower. The biggest surprise was the free onsen, which even included an outdoor bath! After soaking, there's a lounge where you can enjoy complimentary drinks, popsicles, and senbei. A heads-up: you might encounter female staff in the men's bath, just keep your cool when they greet you.

My overall stay was exceptionally good, with excellent service, ambiance, room type, and meals. My overall experience far exceeded expectations.
Initially, I didn't have high hopes for the Imperial Hotel Osaka because the exterior photos looked a bit dated. However, my perception was completely overturned after checking in. It truly exceeded all expectations! Even if the hotel's facilities weren't brand new, they were incredibly well-maintained, comfortable to use, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was meticulously taken care of.
The service was meticulous and thoughtful, providing a fantastic experience, truly the standard of an established luxury hotel. The front desk staff were gentle and accommodating. One staff member (I believe her name was Kim) was especially attentive, actively helping with luggage every time I went in and out.
I stayed in a riverside room on a lower floor. The environment was very comfortable, and the price was not expensive at all (much better than many more expensive design hotels). The bedding in the room was excellent, and I slept wonderfully.
The Japanese breakfast offered by the hotel was outstanding in quality, with a well-balanced and palatable selection. The dining experience was just right, without feeling overly full. (American breakfast was also available in another restaurant).
The hotel's laundry service is also commendable. Washed clothes were clean and neatly pressed, and they were even carefully organized and tied with ribbons. This level of delicate and thoughtful care is not common even among many high-end hotels.
The hotel possesses a restrained and dignified classic charm, with sincerity towards guests evident everywhere. I have high standards for accommodation details, but this hotel still managed to be impeccable.
I would prioritize choosing this hotel again for my next trip to Osaka and am also willing to try other hotels of the same brand in different cities.

This hotel is conveniently located near Nagai Park and the station, with a 7-Eleven right next door. The large public bath and small sauna were great for unwinding after work! Interestingly, there were no mirrors at the washing stations inside the public bath. I was happy to find a ReFa hairdryer. The room was clean after the renovation, but the walls must be thin, as I could constantly hear what sounded like a phone from the next room, which was a bit bothersome.

My stay at Dormy Inn PREMIUM Namba was truly excellent overall!
The service, location, and facilities were all undoubtedly great.
First, the location is incredibly convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, making it perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and polite, which made me feel very comfortable.
I particularly enjoyed the onsen facilities; it was so relaxing to soak in the hot spring after a day of shopping. Plus, the complimentary Yonaki ramen and ice cream every evening were something I looked forward to every day – it felt like a real treat.
The only minor downside was a bit of dust in the room. It would have been even better if daily cleaning service was provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Osaka.
All staff understand and speak simple English which makes communication smooth
⚠️Only one staff we met at the main entrance of hotel she was rude ( I think she was handling the free shuttle bus and when we ask where the bus going she refused to answer and chase us away 🤷🏻♀️)
Oh and the Room Cleaner can understand English too and is very polite and friendly 👍
Room is really big and clean
However we couldn’t find any convenient store nearby
Location is far away from city center but near airport

EEzgardtripGreat location if you are planning to stay nearer to the Kansai Airport. Buffet breakfast is less competitive than other business hotels but their amenities and welcome drink hours every evening made up for it. Great services from friendly and delightful staff.
星星际穿越Overall, it was great! The facilities are complete, the price is good, and the location is excellent, right next to the train station with a convenience store downstairs and directly accessible from the station exit. You can also enjoy the hot springs 24 hours a day. It's very good, though the breakfast was a bit awkward – I went at 9:28 and was told it was no longer available.
GGuest UserGreat experience at traditional Japanese house. Wonderful accommodation with everything we need, charming neighborhood, short walk to train station. The host is responsive and friendly. High recommended 👍🏻
