We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and every detail—from the cleanliness of the room to the thoughtful amenities—made the experience truly comfortable. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing. We were especially touched by the small chocolates and cookies they surprised us with on Valentine’s Day.

The room is functional and the Japanese breakfast and dinner are excellent. The hot spring has multiple special pools, but the hot spring water is not hot enough. It would be better if there is a vending machine selling frozen milk outside the hot spring door.

My flight arrival on the early morning, and reached the hotel around 13.45-14.00. And I wanna leave luggages at the room and hope to hurry to visit another sightseeing on afternoon. But actually the hotel ignore early check-in, so I must paid 1000 yen for nothing to do at the room. I think the hotel don’t get any good mindset to traveler and don’t have any flexible about the rule of conditions. Traveling at japan disappoints and more getting tired to understand their service mind.

Very very satisfied! ! It is a mini hot spring hotel. Nearby is the Tanzhipu Yijing and Zhisheng statues and Pingjia Tea House (the penultimate picture) with sister treasure and a group of buddies' millet, the undersea tunnel exit is also nearby, and the closed bridge is also close to the face. It is quite convenient to take a bus by boat from Mensi Port. The unfed ice cream in the middle of the night is really delicious. I ate 3 servings during the stay, and the buckwheat noodles were delicious! The room is very large, one person lives in a twin bed, and the closed bridge can be seen outside the window. and! ! I went to soak in the soup in the middle of the night and in the morning. I was alone. I was too tired to cure my body and took off. . There is also a small sauna. The staff are also very good! ! Really live very happy! ! Good evening, I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel!

Location is excellent for the area, with splendid views of the bay from both the room and outdoor Onsens. I miss waking up to the sound of the quacking ducks, swimming in the sea, in the morning already! But I wonder how one would visit this hotel without driving own car. Service was welcoming and the food served was great. Would love to visit if I’m in the area again. Should renovate and upkeep the onsen areas!

It's close to the station, the rooms are spacious, it's clean and very convenient. The staff and the shop staff are very friendly. I'm very satisfied. This is my second time staying here. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance.

After enjoying the hot springs that evening, we enjoyed a kaiseki meal—Yamaguchi Prefecture's famous fugu cuisine. 😋 It was our first time eating fugu. They had fugu sashimi, a small hot pot, fugu chawanmushi, and small fugu tempura. 😅 The waiters were very attentive, explaining the ingredients and cooking methods for each dish so we could savor the flavors. It was much better than our previous experiences at other hot spring inns. A big plus! 👍

最高な二泊でした。館内サービスも充実してますし、海を見ながら足湯と露天風呂が入って最高でした。

The location was great, and it was even better that there was a room for four people. The breakfast was delicious, and I think it would be even better to go with family. I recommend it.

　It is a family trip with 5 adults and 3 children over high school students. We stayed in a room with a garden away from us, which was very polite and very polite. It didn't seem to be the room I was asking for, but it was a large and very clean room. However, since the large communal bath and the end of the year are buffets, you need to move. The hot spring ♨️ has an outdoor hot spring and has a wide variety of amenities. Towels were also organized in individual 々 and were hygienic. 　The meal was a buffet, but the small bowl was just the right amount and the warm items were delicious. It was a pity that the only beef was cold. The futon was warm and sleepy There is a bowling alley 🎳 in the facility ､ It seems that the children enjoyed it ♪
