I stayed at KSL Hotel & Resort for a short one-day trip, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The location is super convenient — directly connected to KSL Mall — which made it easy to grab food, do some shopping, and just relax without needing to travel far. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with all the basic amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy enough for a good night’s rest. I also liked the facilities, especially the pool area which is quite family-friendly and lively. Even though my stay was short, it was still a nice spot to unwind. Overall, KSL Hotel & Resort is a solid choice for a quick getaway — convenient, comfortable, and good value for a short stay. I wouldn’t mind returning again for another fuss-free trip.

Holiday villa hotel is my favourite hotel and convenient to stay in JB. They give the best service and fast check in & out for us. The room are very clean and the most important no smoking smell in the room… The morning international breakfast they serve was fantastic and very fresh. I love it very much. I will continue staying at holiday villa hotel. Thank you holiday villa.

Come and try here for a night or two. It is worth it. The hot spring is super warm and relaxing. Sauna room temperature needs to be fixed but overall stay is comfortable. Nearby austin heights. We always head there for food

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I really liked the shower head — it’s powerful, just like getting a massage while showering! Breakfast was excellent and so filling that I couldn’t eat another bite. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I’ll definitely book here again if I come back.

Booked a room for 1 night. The room is very dated, but large and spacious. Would be better if there are sockets at bedside. Could not sleep well due to the pillows provided, as they are too soft. Bathroom feels very old. Hotel breakfast option is limited, with mini salad bar, Asian food (nasi lemak), some dimsums / Malay dessert delicacy. The bread / pastry option is very limited.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Amari Johor Bahru Hotel. The service was friendly and helpful, and the staff made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable room and a nice swimming pool. The location is convenient, close to shopping and food places. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet — good variety and tasty options. Overall, a great short stay and would love to come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at Granada Hotel Johor. The location is excellent – right in Bukit Indah, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, perfect for both leisure and business stays. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities provided.

The room is perfect and the stay has been great. Kitchen has what it needs and the air con is well functioning!

Came back here after a week. Loved the place as one of the best in jb area. Only issues is the location. Counter staff Annas was accommodating. Overall good experience. Room were good
