LKKhorThe check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay.
We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

Guest UserHotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

Clean basic room. Right opp aeon mall for shopping, with food (mainly after lunch) & massage options around. Breakfast spread is normal. No convenience store around. Can only go to the petrol kiosk opp if aeon closes.

LinnLeoMy husband and I stayed at level 26 Tower 1 of the hotel for two nights. It seemed that our room had been renovated since our last visit in April 2026. The furniture and mattress were new, and the new wardrobe had been relocated next to the bed instead of being behind the room entrance. The dressing table was smaller than before, but we didn't mind the minor changes. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and cleaned our room promptly each day.
The only downside was that the guests in the adjoining room returned around 3:00 a.m. and were making a lot of noise. As there was a connecting door between the rooms, we could hear them quite clearly, which unfortunately interrupted our sleep. The soundproofing between the connecting rooms could be improved to minimise noise disturbances and provide a better night's rest.

anisleyyaaThe best part is the view. The view is insane. I love it. Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is big and clean.The hotel is a bit outdated but nice and clean. The food has many varities and decent. Swimmimh pool is so big and nice. My kids enjoy it. My only concerned is there is no iron in the room. and we can only use it for 30min. It takes time to get iron because they were full house at that time. but still a nice stay for me and my family. thank you for the great hospitality.

Anonymous UserVery clean hotel and good amount of space, although we got N block on the corner side but the lobby and restaurant is not too far. So many pools and big theme park. Great choice for kids and families holiday as there are many kinds of activities suitable for all ages. Food was good too.

Guest UserWe had high expectations for Anantara Desaru after hearing it’s one of the best hotels, but sadly the service didn’t really meet our expectations. Some staff were lovely, while some seemed quite moody. Nevertheless, the resort itself is beautiful just not much to do around the area, and even the kids club felt quite boring. After 4 days there…safe to say we probably won’t be coming back 🤣

- In-room dining is excellent, especially items like mushroom soup, satay, grilled chicken, and pasta.

- Poor room allocation; assigned a suite far from the main area despite available rooms.
### Facilities
- Main lobby is well-designed with a water dispenser for guests.
- Room furniture is old, and toilet doors are in poor condition.
- Curtains touch each other at night, causing disturbance.
- Parking area (level B2) has a sewage smell.
### Conclusion
- Not worth opting for suite rooms due to lack of exclusive benefits. In-room dining remains a highlight. staff are friendly and service is great. will still come back for the view and food.
