Great accomodation. Thank you to FO staff namely Helmi for the free upgrade to Premier Lounge room at level 20. Facilities also in good condition except tv channel and lift. Easy connection to all places. Just walking distance only. Tv channel - not many variety and unclear picture. Hotel to consider to change the tv channel package such as Astro, Vision, etc or modulator also from analog to digital, maybe? Lift - on checkout day, we had waiting for the lift from level 20 to level G for almost half an hour. Got 8 lift but non can enter. Traffic jammed. Till end up, maintenance/security staff need to block lift to pickup all the guest from top level. Hotel need to improve the traffic during peak hours. That's all from my side. Will come back again later. Thank you Hatten team.

good to be back here after a while. but the toilet irritates me. the water stagnates on the floor and cannot flow into the drainage as it should, the beds are not comfortable enough, problems also occurred when i want to empty the water in the bath tub - the scrubber problematic. I was given the room number 1403.

I had a wonderful stay at Noble Resort Hotel Melaka, and it truly exceeded expectations. The Premier Executive services were exceptional — professional, attentive, and thoughtfully delivered, making the entire stay feel comfortable and well taken care of. The team was warm, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added a premium touch to the experience. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is conveniently situated near shopping malls, making it easy to access retail outlets, cafés, and daily necessities. There are also plenty of food options nearby, from local delights to well-known eateries, so finding great meals was effortless throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment to unwind after a full day out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel strikes a great balance between comfort and elegance. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, quality service, and a pleasant stay.

This hotel is just next to Jonker Street, and have parking available which is a plus as the street are very narrow and mostly one way. Their parking space also have 2 EV charging station, FYI. Nice hotel to chill and enjoy the old Nyonya heritage houses refurbish as a hotel. Will definitely stay here again in my next trip.

I stayed at Birkin International Hotel in Melaka from Tuesday to Thursday. As the hotel is still new, I understand that some facilities and security features may not yet be fully operational—for example, access control requiring a room card to enter guest floors. I also understand that, as a newly opened hotel, some rooms may not have undergone complete inspections. Upon check-in, the first room assigned to us had several defects: the toilet basin was choked, and the basin handle in the small kitchen area had come off. We contacted the front desk for assistance regarding the choked basin, and they offered us a room change. A staff member whom I believe was the hotel manager came up personally, escorted us to another room, and informed us that we had been upgraded. We truly appreciated this gesture and the prompt service provided. We checked in around 3:00 p.m. and were feeling hungry, so we decided to try the hotel food. We ordered two slices of cake, fish and chips, and pizza. The food was nice and delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed it. However, I would like to highlight a concern regarding the breakfast experience. As this is a five-star hotel, I expected a high standard of hygiene with zero tolerance for flies in the dining area. Unfortunately, I noticed several flies during breakfast. On one occasion, during the nasi lemak service, I saw a fly land on a bowl of eggs. I pointed this out to the staff, but they only removed the piece of egg that the fly had landed on. This was quite alarming, and as a result, I did not dare to try the nasi lemak at all. Later, I noticed one of the staff attempting to smash a fly while wearing gloves. This made me wonder whether the gloves would be changed afterward if the fly was successfully killed. This raised further concerns about food hygiene. Because of this, I became worried and chose to eat only items that were freshly cooked on the spot, such as curry noodles. Overall, I felt disappointed with the breakfast hygiene standards and sincerely hope the hotel will take this matter more seriously. I believe Birkin International Hotel has great potential, and with improved attention to cleanliness and food safety, it can offer a much better experience for guests. Location: easy to find and surrounding is really nice to walk and good street food around. Parking: a separate parking bays that needs to tag in with either of the payment cards for access. Upon leaving the hotel, need to remember to validate the card for hotel guest free parking facility. It is a non-covered parking so if rain expect inconvenience and if sunshine expect excess heat in the car. NOT really friendly but acceptable. Room: good bed good pillows, floor not so clean can see some hairfall wasn't wiped off. Bath tub pipe maybe a bit old or seldom in used hence the water flowed out was yellowish. The linen is soft but can know they are quite old, that old linen smell is quitw obvious. Aircond: is either we don't know how to operate, it can't seemed to be able to be adjusted to the temperature we want. It will become quite warm in the midnight. Sound proof: SUPER BAD 👎 Imagine we will know what is happening exactly in the bathroom and toilet. The noise from the road till midnight is even clearer. We are staying at lvl 8 and the tallest is lvl 10. Service: Good hospitality and polite. Restaurant breakfast: not up to par, honest feedback.

We had a good rest at Hallmark Crown Hotel. The room was a bit small but clean. The bedsheets and towels were clean. The water pressure was very good, the air conditioning was comfortable and the service was above satisfactory. The room has all the basic facilities and amenities. Upon checking in, we found the room kettle was rusty but it was promptly replaced by a good one after we brought it up to the operation's attention. The sewage system disappointed us, too. On our first night, our toilet choked. But the technician came promptly and cleared the mess. The bathroom waste water took a long time to go down too but we did not make a complaint. The continental breakfast was average but sufficient. The checking out procedure was also fuss free. Overall, Hallmark Crown provides a decent accommodation at a budget price.

Check in and out process was easy and fast. Hotel is situated at a superb location. It is just a few minutes walk away from Jonker Street. The room was spacious enough though there was a lingering musty smell. The interior condition of the room is in need of some upgrading. Bedsheets and towels have stains. Bathroom is dated though it has a rain shower head. My room was just beside the road so it was very noisy whenever a bike rode past the hotel. Light sleepers will find it difficult sleeping through the noise. Overall, it was not bad but I don't think I will stay at this hotel again on my subsequent trip.

Holiday Inn is truly one of the nicer hotels around. The atmosphere and views were fantastic, and the friendly, service-oriented staff are definitely the hotel’s biggest asset. They don’t just handle bookings but also share helpful suggestions to make your stay more meaningful. I booked the hotel at the very last minute and checked in around 1:45 am. The receptionist who attended to me was very sweet and helpful. She even allowed a late checkout, though I checked out at 11:45 am to head back to Singapore early and avoid the traffic at the causeway. She also recommended great food options and interesting places nearby. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Recommended by Xiaohongshu, I can only say that it is very standard. It looks good at first glance, but it is not very clean. For example, there are water stains on the bathtub and walls in the bathroom, and there are also mold spots on the curtains. There is also a small hole in the ceiling that has not been repaired. It is hard to describe. I was looking forward to it, but the actual experience is very average. It feels like a village opposite, and the scenery is also average. The transportation location is also not very convenient. Overall, I don't recommend it
