It's a new Hotel and the room for me and my family was awesome. Though there was a misunderstanding but the Hotel staff rectify it immediately and special thanks to Mr. Thariq and Mr. Shah for rectify the issue and makes our stay more enjoyable. My kids were so happy staying there and they even wanted to break their money box / piggy bank to help me pay for an extra one more day to stay there which of course didn't happened. There were ample parking space. and the food prepared during breakfast was marvelous! Just one thing I hope for the management to consider, maybe some private access (walking distance) from the Hotel to the beach so that I would be able to go for fishing during the night, that's all and thanks again for your hospitality. Much appreciated!

City center hotel. Easy access to A Famosa, Dataran Pahlawan, Jonker Walk, it's convenient because everything is within walking distance. The staff are also friendly, asking about room upgrades or add-ons. Everything was handled smoothly. Housekeeping is also quick. Breakfast is always delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Bayview Hotel Melaka. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, close to many popular attractions, shopping areas, and great local food, making it very convenient to explore Melaka. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money with excellent service and a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Bayview Hotel Melaka to anyone visiting Melaka and would be happy to stay here again.

Parking is located at the back, and the staff will pick you up by buggy. The reception team is incredibly soft-spoken and friendly, and they even serve a delightful welcome drink! The moment you step out of the lift, you are greeted by the amazing scent of lemongrass. The smells absolutely divine, and I totally fell in love with it! The place is so quiet and peaceful that we had an incredibly sound sleep at night. If opportunity permits in the future, I would definitely love to return and stay a little longer. Wishing Sojourn continued growth and success, and hopefully, a new branch in Johor soon! 💗🫶🏻

Overall, I really liked this hotel with its strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm. From the exterior to the room decor, everything felt great. It's within walking distance to attractions and close to the TBS bus station, just a fifteen-minute drive away. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy about: 1. I didn't realize beforehand that breakfast here is à la carte and only starts at 7:00 AM. It also takes a while for the food to be prepared. Since we had already booked our bus back to Kuala Lumpur for 9:00 AM, there was no time to eat. It was a shame, and we couldn't get a refund either. The staff kindly packed two boxes of bread for us, but for a breakfast costing several hundred for four people, it wasn't worth it. If you want to enjoy breakfast properly, definitely plan your time carefully. 2. We were three adults and one child, but we were required to book two rooms. Even though the rooms were spacious, we couldn't add an extra bed. 3. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors showering and flushing the toilet at night, and it was quite noisy. 4. We were charged 600 RMB for the two rooms upon check-in. I paid with a credit card, but upon check-out, I was told the refund would take 15 business days to be credited back to my account. That's quite annoying.

Terrific! The room spacious, ev charger is just in front the lobby, the spa - cheap and im absolutely comeback! Breakfast on average, shuttle service is convenient. Downside, not all beca want to send us back to hotel, not sure whether its too far or what. But we manage to ride beca back to the hotel from menara taming sari

This hotel is located close to the tourist-heavy Jonker Street, yet it's far enough from the hustle and bustle to make your stay even more comfortable. We were on our honeymoon, which we mentioned during booking, and they kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfasts were quite varied and served in a beautiful courtyard filled with plants and antiques. Overall, we really liked the hotel; the rooms were cozy, clean, quite spacious, and had an authentic feel. We would definitely stay there again.

The atmosphere is calm and ideal for healing. Not crowded at all. The buggy service is very quick to pick up guests from their rooms. The mini zoo package is a bit pricey, but the tour guide uncle was very engaging and informative. He shared a lot of knowledge. Breakfast was only a partial à la carte and buffet, perhaps because there weren't many guests, so there wasn't a wide choice of food. In room 3020, there was a leakage in the shower between the shaft and the ceiling. The pantry floor felt a bit fragile and not 'solid', which could potentially cause injury. Overall, everything else was fine.

*Great stay at Casa Del Rio!* We had a wonderful time here. Upon arrival, Ms. Nana at the reservation counter was so helpful and arranged connecting rooms for our family without any hassle. The rooms aren’t big, but they’re clean, comfortable, and very convenient for a family stay. The staff throughout the hotel were polite and attentive, and the location couldn’t be better – everything is within walking distance to Melaka’s main tourist attractions. We’ll definitely recommend Casa Del Rio to friends and family visiting Melaka. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy! 🤗

The swimming pool has a kids' pool, as well as a slide and a waterslide, which is perfect for a summer stay! The room is a bit small, but well-equipped. The breakfast options are relatively limited, but it's pretty good value for money. We had a few happy days here!
