Hotels With spa in Silesian, Poland

When we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

The hotel is more comfortable, quiet and clean, the most important thing is that there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs which is more convenient

The pool available for 2 hours is a mistake. It is a hotel pool or a swimming pool? I have limited time and then a surcharge! What are the money taken for when the sauna is paid and the pool is free of charge only 2 hours. The service at the lobby bar is waiting for 30 minutes for drinks and it is still strange that they have not been brought. The situation has happened 2 times so it was not a coincidence. Booking at the hotel restaurant is also the state at the entrance because no one is picking up the phone from the guests from the room and at the reception fortified that the place has full reservation from which it turned out that it was far in after waiting a few minutes and several tables were empty The lack of organization and, above all, the lawyers are not trained and there are some paleness at every step.

20 minutes walk to downtown Katowice. 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. Older hotel. Partially renovated. Very service-oriented. Double room with sofa not very big. Good quality of sleep in bed. The sofa bed, on the other hand, was very bad. This urgently needs to be replaced. Nice bathroom with Rituals care products. Free indoor pool with sauna and whirlpool (only open in the late afternoon and evening, not in the morning). Good buffet for breakfast. Good restaurant in the evenings. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu.Bardzo dużo podróżuje,lecz rzadko trafiam na aż tak cudowne miejsca.Poczynajac od obsługi,czystości,wystroju wnętrz i świetnego SPA.Minusem dla mnie jest restauracja Polka,z wysokimi cenami i bardzo przeciętnym jedzeniem,aczkolwiek miła obsługa i świetnym wystrojem.Przepiekny kameralny hotel położony w pięknym miejscu.Bede wracał!!!
