The lady at the front desk was very rude. I think her name was Martinez? Everyone else aside from her were very nice. Room was pretty good too.

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. While it's an older building with a bit of history, the design is fantastic and has a truly unique style. The outdoor pool area is lovely and perfect for relaxing. Overall, my stay was very comfortable; the hotel has both character and elegance. You can't go wrong choosing this place for your trip.

The room is pretty good. It's right in downtown Davis. When you exit the hotel, walk forward at a traffic light and turn right to the town of Davis. There are restaurants and coffee shops. Well, there's a movie theater opposite the hotel. The first floor of the hotel is a relatively famous western restaurant in Davis.

I was very satisfied & pleasantly surprised after reading some of the older comments. It's really sad that some people are so harsh but... I was very satisfied except for the lack of hygiene products. I accidentally forgot mine... Woke up late after a late night at Knott's & unfortunately missed the breakfast & actually can't remember if I was able to get any coffee before I left. My only other issue was when, I initially was making my reservation, I needed to ensure that we were getting an ADA room as paid for & was hoping to get one on the first floor. It's a good thing I did call because the elevator wasn't in service & the first CS agent wasn't able to find a way to even find my reservation. I called back & when I spoke to a different CS agent, there was no problem, we received the first floor ADA room & us Disabled Vets were able to maneuver easily in/about/out of the room. Thank you to all of the staff who went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable!! I'm in the process of booking two more stays here for the Military Tribute Days at Knott's!!

absolutely matched our expectations. great location, fast , responsive and friendly front desk staff assisted all the time whatever question was, rooms are  spacy, beds are comfortable, coffee/tea maker easy to operate, breakfast was perfect with plenty of meat and drinks, pancakes were awesome. i certainly recommend this crown plaza

We really liked this hotel for a number of reasons: (1) Large, clean, comfortable room with lots of storage space and a comfy sofa. Microwave, Keurig, and a decent-sized refrigerator as well. (2) Super-friendly staff, especially the room attendant and the lady who took care of the breakfast. The front desk were very helpful. (3) Great location for visiting Yosemite - about as close as you can get without being in the park - no more than 15 minutes to the gate. Breakfast was steam-table scrambled eggs and sausage, toast, muffins, fruit, and cereal. For more than that there's a Denny's adjacent. There' s a pool, steam rooms, and hot tub, but we didn't bring swim suits, so can't comment on them. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was great! Everything about this hotel is beautiful. Literally it feels like you’re in a castle or something. The lobby is so beautiful it has a huge staircase and they offer tea. Its very close to everything as well. The room was also very comfy and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Only thing I had a problem with was parking because at the end of the night the garage was full and I couldn’t get back in but besides that everything was wonderful. I definitely will stay here again!!

The environment is okay and the hotel is large. Lots of rows. Close to the airport and Ten Gate Outlet. When I got to the room, I found that the toilet was broken. I called someone to fix it quickly. The coffee bag is open, it's leftover from the previous customer... Breakfast is simple, eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and coffee.

The address is very good. There is a parking lot opposite. It costs 20 knives a day and the hotel parking lot is 58 yen. Newly renovated, all aspects of hygiene are very good. There is a bar street nearby and a large boutique, which is very convenient.

I stay in this hotel every time. The best thing is the service staff. They are always helpful. They helped me adjust the room and adjust the last room. The location is very convenient, and it is easy to drive and park. My wife also likes to visit TJmax next door.
