Pros
The location is excellent, with easy connections to major attractions. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Most of them speak English. The breakfast is varied, with both western and Asian dishes available. Kiki was always smiling every morning and very professional.
Cons
I requested a city view room, but was given a courtyard view room. While this was not a problem at the beginning, it was actually very frustrating because it is right in the courtyard that the breakfast takes place. Therefore, every morning I would hear noise from 6am and a very strong smell of food into my room. To add to this, my room was close to some kind of radiator that made constant noise, no stop, all night, making sleeping quite difficult.

The location is very good .
Special mention to the manager Mr Kevin Ji for helping to expediate in solving my issue with Trip.com .

The hotel is near Metro Line 2, Beijing Station. Its location is quite close to popular attractions in the city such as the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Beihai Park, and Ditan Park. So, it’s also convenient to take a DiDi if you’re traveling with 4–6 people — the fare isn’t expensive when shared, especially considering the long walking distance when changing lines in the metro.

The hotel is ideally situated near Beijing Railway Station and metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff is friendly and helpfully. The breakfast offered variety and quality, with buffet with both Western and Asian options. Rooms are noted for being clean and comfortable.

Good hotel with a good location, near the railway station/metro. Their breakfast is good, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Lili (the staff at breakfast) kindly keep our luggage during breakfast, when we’re about to check out.

Great hotel. Amazing location for visiting the main touristic attractions of Beijing. Good size rooms and helpful and friendly staff. They mostly speak correct English and are willing to communicate with you. We didn't have the optiom of trying breakfast but food looked good. Hope to stay in this hotel. Next time I visit Beijing.
