"The room was spotless, and most importantly, the two staff members pictured provided excellent service. They even gave us a small gift when we left. Facilities: The pool is fantastic; swimming in the outdoor pool during summer was wonderful. Service: I forgot to return the pool key after using it. The customer service reminded me and then personally came to pick it up, which was very thoughtful."

The stars around the fair moon fade against the night.

"The environment of the B&B is absolutely beautiful! You can see the mountains and clouds when you open the window, and the starry sky terrace is like a fairyland. The boss is as considerate as family, the breakfast is exquisite, and the room is clean and warm. The surrounding scenery is postcard-worthy, and it is the first choice to escape from the city! Highly recommended! And the night view of this B&B is amazing! You can take pictures at will!"

The Xishan Hot Spring Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Beijing will find that the Xishan Hot Spring Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. With Qinghe Railway Station just 9km away and Beijing Capital International Airport only 39km away, transportation is very convenient. Just a short walk from Yongfeng South Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Catholic Church (Northwest Wangbei Road), Joyful Oasis·Mountain Hot Spring and Yi Gallery all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Beijing hotel provides parking on site. When it comes to Beijing hotels, the Xishan Hot Spring Hotel is highly regarded for its excellent facilities. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.

"The facilities are well-equipped. We visited during the May Day holiday, and it was incredibly crowded, but once the crowd dispersed a bit, it was manageable. The rooms are quite old but clean enough. Dinner was really good! Delicious, they had durian, crayfish, and crab, but there were just too many people. The hygiene overall was good, both in the rooms and at the hot spring. The environment is spacious, and there's a lot of room to explore, which is great. The hot spring staff were okay, pretty good actually. However, I booked a room but wasn't assigned a butler, and no one introduced the activities, which wasn't a great experience. Plus, I couldn't get through to the front desk when I had an issue. Overall, the room facilities are old, and the walls are peeling. And with the lack of service staff, I probably won't book a room here again. The Xishan Hot Spring itself is really good! I'll definitely come back for that!"

Our inn is located in the ancient village of Chadao, surrounded by mountains, and is close to the world cultural heritage site, Badaling Great Wall. It enjoys unique natural resources. [Culinary Culture] Our inn not only has unique hot spring resources but also excels in combining local culinary culture with the vacation experience. The inn has its own theme restaurant, where the food is based on the principles of green, organic and healthy. Fresh ingredients and attention to cooking techniques are used to present a series of exquisite dishes to tourists. In the afternoon sun or under the night sky, immerse yourself in the mountain spring pool, with a bottle of red wine by your side, allowing your body and mind to relax even more. As the wine unfolds and the aroma fills the air, in a slightly tipsy state, let go of the tense thoughts and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind, enjoying the freedom of this journey through the mountains and water.

"This place is conveniently located near Badaling Station, making it easy to visit the Great Wall and the zoo. Its main advantage is definitely the location, offering beautiful mountain views with peach blossoms everywhere. The old village has been renovated, and many guesthouses have been developed by various companies here. During holidays, the high prices feel a bit excessive, and the soft amenities are somewhat lacking. The restaurant is very ordinary and not as good as some reviews claimed. With more and more guesthouses popping up around Beijing, I hope the market can soon move past this chaotic phase and develop in a healthier direction."

"A hidden gem of a guesthouse for a weekend getaway to the outskirts of Beijing! The reviews were great, but it turned out to be even more delightful. Located in Hefangkou Village, the guesthouse is nestled in a secluded, winding path. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The village also boasts various restaurants and trendy cafes, perfect for exploring. Of course, the guesthouse itself wasn't boring either. The owner thoughtfully provided many amenities. We checked in in the afternoon and started with a barbecue in the private courtyard, followed by a game of billiards. Then we soaked in the private heated hot spring in our room, made some late-night snacks in the kitchen, and finally watched a movie before bed. On Sunday, we had breakfast, went back to the courtyard for drinks, and before we knew it, it was check-out time! There wasn't enough time to try the karaoke or mahjong room. Of course, this was mainly because we had a small group; it would have been even more fun with a group of friends. Finally, it's clear that the owner and the service team place great importance on the quality of the guesthouse. The facilities and amenities are all from reputable brands: the billiard table is from Xingpai, and the projector is from XGIMI. The service was also excellent, with staff readily available to assist us. We'll definitely be back!"

"Facilities: The room was fully equipped and very new. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the outdoor courtyard was beautifully decorated with neatly arranged flowers and plants. Environment: The courtyard offers a direct view of the Water Pass Great Wall. The interior is soundproofed, and there's a small terrace, making it convenient for dining in the village. Service: The housekeeper was very attentive. They proactively contacted us to send us the location before departure, and even helped us with our belongings upon arrival. We also had afternoon tea, and knowing we were going to soak in the hot springs that evening, they even thoughtfully asked if we'd like a glass of wine. Hahahaha"

"After comparing several hotels in the same price range, I chose Zǐlóng Gardens. I'd also looked at their usual rates, and it seemed a bit pricier then, but booking it in advance for a holiday trip was definitely a steal. **Stay:** For the same price, other places offer rooms under 30 square meters, but Zǐlóng Gardens gives you 50 square meters. It's nestled in a hutong, offering a quiet escape in the midst of the bustling city. It's actually the former residence of Prince Taò, who was an advisor to the People's Liberation Army's equestrian administration. We opted for the family room, which even had a small balcony with a view. The room had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, so washing up wasn't cramped at all. **Food:** The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks (mineral water, Coke, Sprite, beer), and they'd replenish it anytime. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food is incredibly fresh, with different dishes every day. I initially thought breakfast wasn't included, but it turned out to be free! From 11 AM to 11 PM, they offer afternoon tea with chef-prepared dishes like wontons and Zhajiangmian, all completely free of charge. You can even take fruit back to your room. The 'Sìyuè Hétún' restaurant on the first floor also had good prices and flavors; no reservations needed for their fugu or roast duck. **Getting Around:** It's very close to Nanluoguxiang, the National Art Museum of China, Wangfujing, and Longfu Temple. The subway station is about a 10-minute walk, but I mostly used taxis, which made getting around super convenient. **Service:** The hotel staff's service was impeccable. Finally, although check-out was officially at 12 PM, they were fine with us leaving at 2 PM, and even gave us a farewell gift. Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. Our 5-day, 4-night trip during Chinese New Year was a fantastic family experience and definitely enhanced our vacation."

"The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. Our room had a large bed, and the sofa converted into another double bed, so it easily accommodated four people. The room itself was very spacious and even included a decent-sized private hot tub, which is great if you prefer not to use the public springs. There's also a walk-in closet and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The public hot springs are spread across two levels: the first floor and the top floor. The first floor has some small swimming pools and kids' pools, though the outdoor pool there was closed due to the cold weather. The top floor features over a dozen herbal hot springs, including some for children, and an outdoor infinity pool – it’s fantastic to soak in during winter. I noticed four restaurants at the hotel: a large cafe near the entrance offering light meals, a noodle house inside the hotel that's quite good value, and the hotel's main restaurant, where you can order à la carte or enjoy a buffet on Saturday/Sunday evenings. The buffet was 228 RMB per person when we visited, with a good variety of seafood, stir-fries, and Western dishes, making it decent value for money. Breakfast, included in the room rate, also had a wide selection. There's also a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant. Parking was convenient. Since it's a new hotel, the cleanliness was impeccable. The surroundings are lovely, with a river nearby and mountains behind the hotel that have hiking trails. Outdoors, there's a mini-bike practice area, a basketball court, and a three-story 'Trendy Play' complex with a bouncy castle, claw machines, other amusement rides, computers, and some tech-based entertainment. However, these attractions require purchasing a package and aren't free. The front desk staff and other employees were all very polite and helpful. Special shoutout to Xiao Xuan at the front desk, who resolved many of our issues quickly and efficiently. Complimentary tea is available in most buildings. The service was excellent; we stayed in Building 6, and we could check out directly from our building without needing to go to the main lobby."
