We Like the upper top floor lounge cafe, very good customer services.
1)The room was clean, and I particularly liked the in-room projector, which added a unique touch to the stay.
2)Having sufficient clothes hooks in the room was a thoughtful detail and a definite plus.
3)Each floor requires key card access, which provides an added sense of security for guests.

- The staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist guests.
🔸Hotel Location
The hotel is located within Petaling Street (Chinatown), so first-time visitors may find it a little challenging to locate.
For easier access, I recommend getting dropped off at the Jalan Tun H.S. Lee entrance on the north side, which is closer to the hotel.

- The soundproofing could be improved to minimise noise from neighbouring rooms and the surrounding areas.
