An excellent experience, this was the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Italy! We arrived at 12 PM and were able to check in immediately, and even received a complimentary room upgrade. Both the room and bathroom were large and clean, and it even had a kitchen, perfect for preparing simple meals and breakfast. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and there was free coffee and bread available in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Milan Central Station, making it very easy to get to surrounding towns and the airport.

The hotel generally exceeded our expectations. The deluxe room was spacious and had a vintage feel, and it was fully equipped for self-catering, which was very convenient. The front desk offered delicious complimentary cookies, candies, and coffee. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were very welcoming, the environment was beautiful, and the facilities were excellent. The room even had a kitchenette, complete with a fridge, cooking utensils, and tableware. The only thing missing was seasonings. Luckily, I had brought some with me, and only needed cooking oil. So, when I went to the supermarket for groceries, I picked up a bottle of oil. Back at the hotel, I was able to cook up some delicious noodles to my liking. I made nutritious and tasty noodle soup for four consecutive days, which was both comforting and cost-effective!

The room was spacious and bright, with a huge bathroom and a small west-facing balcony, perfect for drying laundry after a trip. It's conveniently located near Milan Central Station, with two subway lines (M1/M2) making sightseeing routes easy to plan.

When in Italy, you just have to experience the charm of Italian home living. It's about a 15-minute walk from Milan Central Station. The service was friendly and attentive. The room amenities were the most pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!

Flawless, except for the lack of breakfast. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help. They explained everything thoroughly during check-in. There's a 24-hour coffee machine and hot/cold water available at the front desk, which is super convenient. The room itself was huge, even coming with a bathtub and a small kitchenette – amazing value for money! Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to the train station.
