"Location is good to take various public transports going into the city centre. Room is spacious and offer kettle for hot water. Just as usual the door sound proofing is a bit weak. Time to time we can hear guests passing by speaking at the hallway."

"This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security. I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room. I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise."

"I often write reviews but I feel the duty to do this because of how we met with the service and everything. We stayed in this hotel at ferragosto horse, in a double room with two single beds. Only this type of room was available. We stayed mostly pee to bring our daughter to the pool. We had no great expectations but as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the very kind concierge Eleonora who was welcomed immediately with a smile. The room was clean and silent, though the hotel was full at those dates. The pool also is clean seems new. You can consume cocktail with cutting made by the hotel itself. Also breakfast buffet was varied (with eggs broken, bacon and wurstel) cake bricks etc. The girls of the fun and always smile cleaning. Also the staff of the breakfast room. It is rare to see this hospitality in the hotels. I also add to the rooms for the dressing, which are very useful and suitable for this category hotel. Overall excellent hotel, to recommend, with large spaces, for big and children where to spend a relaxing holiday or short stays . nice staff. We will surely return"

"This is my second time staying at the Castle Hotel. It is located near Milan Cathedral and is quiet in the bustle. The breakfast is affordable and the room is clean and hygienic. During this period, Ctrip customer service perfectly solved the problem. Thumbs up to Ctrip customer service."

"I had a very comfortable stay. The kindness of the staff was also impressive. The room is rather small and the heating is not available at dawn. As much as coffee is provided in the lobby, but free water is not provided in the room. "The conditions are average, not up to the average of four stars (Best Western Plus). Some Chinese tour groups stayed at this hotel. Some Chinese guests spoke loudly in the lobby and restaurant, unaware that they were in public, not in their own private space; unaware of the need to stay quiet and not infringe on the boundaries of other guests. There are also guests smoking at the door in pajamas and even spitting. I feel that the waiter in this hotel has a poor impression of Chinese guests and the service attitude is more general. I hope the tour guide will remind Chinese guests to observe public order, keep quiet and clean and polite, thank you."
