The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet night and allowing us to get high-quality sleep. The breakfast on the second floor is also great, with a wide variety of options. Dudu at the front desk was very kind and enthusiastic, always providing timely help and support whenever we needed it.

Located right by the Futian Port entry, it's super convenient for trips to Hong Kong. Facilities: Everything was great and easy to use. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: Peaceful and fragrant. Service: Friendly and attentive. Overall, it's a very good place and definitely worth recommending.

Arrived with a lot of luggage for check-in, and the front desk staff proactively helped me with my bags and stored them. Mandy and Lino went above and beyond with their service. The room had ample storage, so organizing my luggage was a breeze. The entire room was clean and odor-free, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast ingredients are sourced fresh daily, and the prime location makes getting around incredibly convenient.

The rooms have excellent natural light, and the breakfast spread is very rich. Mandy and Melody at the front desk are efficient and provide excellent, prompt service. Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Futian Port was very convenient. The Italian drip coffee in the room was excellent. The complimentary minibar drinks and snacks were also great. Melody and Lucy provided a warm welcome and excellent service. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very good experience. I'll definitely be back.

Emilia at the front desk was very welcoming, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh dishes. Downstairs, there's a Starbucks and McDonald's, which is a great bonus. They also offer free parking, self-service laundry, and a gym. It's truly suitable for business trips, road trips, and family vacations. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
