Although it wasn't an ocean-view balcony room, just a regular balcony room, we could still see the Kiss Bridge and fireworks. The hotel's overall style is stunning, with exceptional attention to detail. The designer clearly has a great sense of aesthetics, and every little thing is perfectly executed. From the lobby all the way to the room, you're just awestruck by the sophisticated design. The only minor downside is that the room is a bit small compared to other hotels in the same price range. The staff at this Hilton hotel are very friendly. When we went to the pool area to watch the fireworks at night, a staff member asked if we were hotel guests. After checking our room card, they welcomed us warmly and even told us the best spots to watch, what time it started and ended. If you wanted photos, they were happy to help. The only slight disappointment was that the beach wasn't open. We'd been enjoying beaches and waves throughout our trip, but here, you could only access the beach and chairs to watch a performance if you had a reservation. If you have kids who want to play in the sand and water, I'd suggest going somewhere else, or they can only swim in the 1F pool. Overall, it was still quite good. I hope the beach will be open next time we visit.

The location is convenient with plenty of massage parlors and restaurants nearby. It's about a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the night market. However, the hotel pool offers low privacy and is rather small. While there is a gym, it only has basic equipment. Also, the elevators going down to the lower levels had a very strong smell of paint thinner and renovation chemicals. Overall, at $1,600 a night, the value for money is extremely low. Although you can see the fireworks from the rooms, we could only see about a third of them; to get a full sea view for the fireworks, you need to book a sea-view room located on the 5th floor, but those cost anywhere from over $2,000 to $3,000. The rooms are also quite small, and there are a lot of tourists in the hotel.

The hotel service was exceptional, with quick and efficient check-in and check-out. The welcome drink was very thoughtful and delicious, and the staff even helped with our luggage. The room was clean and the breakfast offered a great variety. Although there is a lot of construction going on around Phu Quoc which slightly affected the hotel—making it a bit noisy outside the window in the morning—we were mostly out and about, so everything was wonderful.

The hotel is right in the center with amazing views. The breakfast was excellent, and the pho was great. All the staff were polite and provided great service. It's close to tourist attractions and the beach, with convenient transportation. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with fantastic views. You could even watch the fireworks right from the room window!

Definitely choose Hilton! The location is absolutely prime and super convenient. Very satisfied.

The best hotel in Sunset Town. Convenient for getting around. You can watch the fireworks from your room's balcony or from the hotel's infinity pool. Everything was great, except for the breakfast, which was a bit subpar.

First of all, the pool is clean and nice, and the staff is friendly. You can spend all day having fun inside the resort. The service is also fast, and there are many different options for breakfast. However, 80% of the guests are Chinese.
