Hotel is surrounded by many eateries and shopping malls. Housekeeping is dedicated and maintained my room at the highest standard. Check in was swift and bedding was comfortable. Hotel surprised me with a birthday cake for my birthday. Very pleased with this hotel and would recommend people to stay here.

The concierge on the first floor proactively helped with our luggage upon arrival. Check-in on the 5th-floor lobby was quick and smooth; Marriott's service awareness is quite good. The pool's hydro-massage was excellent for relieving a day's travel fatigue. The location is unbeatable, right next to Zhengjia Plaza, a perfect spot for kids and all your dining needs.

The hotel is located at a very central area in Tianhe, and next to Zhengjia Mall. Service was excellent except for lobby staff constantly asking me to upgrade my room. I realised the next day there was renovation ongoing 2 levels above my room, but I still do not want to pay extra. The noise is not bothering me as much as the “upgrade offer”

Location is central and right beside Grandview Mall and Parc Central. However for those taking Didi, the traffic jam on Zhengjia Ave (service road in front of Marriot lobby) can be really bad during peak hours due to the bottle neck design of the traffic flow.

Booked this for a friend, and they gave positive feedback. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the window offers a great view of Guangzhou's main city area. Breakfast was a bit basic, and if you go late, there aren't many options left.
