This is the worst Urcove Hyatt I have stayed in the staff were rude the room was falling apart it was dirty and really noisy check-in was terrible I can only say stay away from here

Great Location for a Family Trip! My husband, our teenage son, and I stayed here for 5 nights. We found the Amap navigation a bit tricky at first, but taking a DiDi brought us right to the doorstep without any hassle! The location is fantastic—super close to a mall in the Wangfujing area, and a very convenient distance to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Plus, having an MRT station nearby made getting around incredibly easy. A quick heads-up: Part of the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it was a little noisy during the day and there were construction workers around the front entrance. However, given the amazing location, it was still a great base for our family adventure!

Dark room , not enough air circulation , you need to pay extra break fast , Robt food delivery system good , ac working good , hot water good enough, staff are humble

Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

The hotel location and service staff are fantastic, however, the hotel is quite old and the upkeep of the rooms left a lot to be desired. When I initially arrived at the hotel, the bedding in my room was dirty with dark mark. I raised this with hotel staff and was promptly moved to an “upgraded” room (which was strangely basketball themed?). While the new room had relatively clean bedding, there were marks, dust or general wear on most of the walls, furniture and decor. It doesn’t feel like Hyatt standard, and I’m not sure it’s worth the price for the location alone.

The location is great, with major attractions within walking distance. During our stay, the hotel exterior was undergoing upgrading works, which I understand were being done by the city authorities. At check-in, the staff informed us that the room category we booked might be affected by noise and proactively upgraded us to another room - a lovely touch from the staff.
