酒店位置非常好，走路10分鐘可以到天安門廣場還有故宮，露台能看到故宮跟天安門美景，大堂有自助茶水跟水果。員工非常友好樂於助人，幫助我們很多。早餐種類豐盛有鮮榨果汁非常加分。房間衞生乾淨迷你吧飲品餅乾都免費還有膠囊咖啡，性價比高，下次來北京還是會選擇這裏

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. When we checked in, our room smelt of smoke so we asked to be moved. This was accommodated quickly and we were offered a room on the fifth floor, however, that room smelt damp, with signs of a leak on the ceiling and wall, and peeling wallpaper, so we opted to stay in the original room. By the next day, the smell of smoke had gone and we think it was a guest in a neighbouring room smoking!!

The hotel is very well situated, right in the center, very close to Tian'anmen square, underground stations, shopping malls, walking street. The room was clean and warm. In the evening they served dumplings on the rop floor in the lobby for free - quite tasty.

8層前台就是網紅的拍故宮全貌打卡，一樓就有涮肉
服務挺好的，離店時一樓前台主動幫助推行李，去北京下次還會訂這家。

My stay here was a mixed experience, defined by a good location but critically flawed rooms.
The primary issue was the initial assigned room, which was unlivable for a week-long stay. It suffered from extremely poor ventilation, a persistent smoke and food smell, and a complete lack of soundproofing—I could clearly hear neighbors' conversations and hallway noise. The winter conditions forced us to use the heater, which only amplified the stuffiness and odors, creating an unbearable environment. On the positive side, the hotel's location is within walking distance of Wangfujing Metro and the main street, with several convenient bus connections. The staff (Chris & Wendy) were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the Taobao parcel collection in the lobby was a seamless convenience. Overall, the staff and location are strong assets, but the noise and air quality issues significantly impacted the stay. I would only consider returning with a guaranteed, well-ventilated, and quiet room.

Truly iconic. Convenient location. Despite the additional old spring mattress bed, great breakfast selection, reasonable prices, very accommodating staff. Interior needs touch ups. In general 10/10. Gym can be bigger. Very nice.
