Our hotel provided incorrect information about our booking. Since we were travelling with four children, I usually requested a connecting room. The receptionist who took the phone call confirmed a connecting room was available and simply needed to be requested during booking. However, upon check-in, we were informed that our booked room didn’t have a connecting room and we had to pay extra to upgrade. To make matters worse, the room we were given was quite smelly, filled with cigarette smoke. Since we couldn’t cancel the booking, we had no choice but to upgrade. The hotel was quite old and gave off a creepy vibe at night. We’ll definitely not come back.

The air conditioner was broken and not cooling, so I had to change rooms. The bathroom had a musty smell. Getting the tax invoice was very slow; I had to wait for the manager to sign it, which was past the check-out time. It took more than half a day to get it.

A good hotel to stay of you have work at Mae Fah Luang University. Nice place, nice staff, serviced minded and can head to Mae Fah Luang airport by 20 minutes. I suggested this place.
