Our hotel provided incorrect information about our booking. Since we were travelling with four children, I usually requested a connecting room. The receptionist who took the phone call confirmed a connecting room was available and simply needed to be requested during booking. However, upon check-in, we were informed that our booked room didn’t have a connecting room and we had to pay extra to upgrade. To make matters worse, the room we were given was quite smelly, filled with cigarette smoke. Since we couldn’t cancel the booking, we had no choice but to upgrade. The hotel was quite old and gave off a creepy vibe at night. We’ll definitely not come back.

The resort is clean, next to convenience stores, and about an 18-minute taxi ride to the airport. The service and breakfast are also excellent!

A good hotel to stay of you have work at Mae Fah Luang University. Nice place, nice staff, serviced minded and can head to Mae Fah Luang airport by 20 minutes. I suggested this place.

The location was good as we have business trip at MFU. The services and cleanliness meet the standard of the nice hotel. We will definitely will come back and stay in this place again. All around is food and easy to walk to market.

Air conditioning is not functioning properly. Very very minimal amenities. Neighborhood can see us from window at all time.
